The Bridge Program is designed for all of our lower-extremity patients who are nearing the end of their Physical Therapy program at Professional, but could benefit from further sports-specific training. Our dual-certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists take you through an exercise program that is designed to transition you from the Physical Therapy clinic back to your sport.

Our Bridge Program includes:

  • Dynamic Warm-up
  • Agility Training
  • Plyometric Training (jumping and landing techniques)
  • Deceleration Drills
  • Linear Speed Techniques
  • Core Training
