Shardae Archibald

Regional Administrative Director, NYC

Shardae Archibald holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Berkeley College. Prior to joining the team at Professional Physical Therapy, Shardae gained experience in both Sales and Customer Service. In 2008, she began working for Professional as a temp, and soon became a full-time Receptionist at our Queens location. Later in the year, she was promoted to the position of Payment Associate in our Centralized Billing Office. After two years of working in the CBO, she was transferred to the Great Neck office, where she became the Authorization Associate. Within a few months Shardae received another promotion to the title of Site Supervisor, and was brought back to our Queens facility. In 2013, she was transferred to our Mamaroneck facility, and by midyear had been promoted to the newly established position of Regional Site Supervisor. In 2015 Shardae was promoted to Regional Administrative Director of NYC, her current responsibilities include ensuring that all locations in her region are running effectively and according to company standards, assisting with hiring and training new employees, and coaching Site Supervisors at each office through difficult situations.

Shardae considers the best part of her job to be the fact that she enjoys both her responsibilities and her co-workers, and feels like she is part of a family rather than a company.
