"I am writing this to sincerely thank your extraordinary staff that has impacted my life. In the beginning of July 2010, I underwent a lateral release knee surgery after being injured for almost all of basketball season my sophomore year. I was four months out of shape already going into my surgery. After six months of rehabilitation after my surgery that felt like forever, I was finally cleared to go back to playing sports in November. However, I was out for a total of 10 months and jumping right into basketball season. For all of my junior year, I was slow, out of shape, and had no muscle strength in my right knee. I was devastated and for almost the whole year, thought I would never ever get back to way I used to play. Basketball is my passion and not being up to my full potential was so much more upsetting then I imagined. I didn't know the solution and I felt like nothing would be able to help me get back to playing like I did before I got hurt.
I heard about your program through my cousin Meghan Sanabria and my childhood friend Jordan Catalano. They had nothing but great things to say about the program and I was willing to try anything to get my athleticism back. I loved the first session I went to and I couldn't say enough about it! After only a couple weeks, I could feel my leg, core and arm muscles getting stronger already. Now after about six months of your program, not only am I back to where I was before my injury but' am faster and stronger than ever before. Your program is the only reason why I am playing to my fullest potential. I am starting for Holy Trinity's Varsity Volleyball and we currently are first place in the Catholic School league with a record of 8-1. I also will start for Holy Trinity's Varsity Basketball team in the winter. Both goals I never thought possible my junior year.
Not only has your program put my body back in shape, but I genuinely loved going to work out with your program three times a week. The trainers and people that are a part of the program are truly great people. Everyone was always positive and always encouraged me to push through with a smite on their faces. , felt like I was having fun while I was working out, which made me worker harder. You guys have also inspired me to major in Exercise Science at Hofstra University next fall. I have recommended you guys to everyone I know (some of which now attend Performance) and I can't say enough good things about your program! You guys have impacted my life and I can't thank you enough! I now have the confidence and athleticism to finally achieve great things my senior year. I will keep telling people about the great program you run and how much I got out of it. Thanks again for everything!"

"I had been training for Tough Mudder, a 12 mile 32 obstacle mud run, when just weeks before the event I sustained an injury to my knee. My first request when I started my physical therapy at Professional was for them to help make it possible for me to still be able to participate. The staff was excellent! They kept my goal in mind and motivated me to push through the course of my treatment. With their help I was able to cross that finish line, and have an experience I will never forget."

"The hardest part of my rehab was wanting to move it along faster, being able to run sooner. The best part of my rehab was the first time performing a walk/jog progression on the treadmill. I created a 'bucket' list for myself and accomplished one of the goals on my list, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa. I plan on continuing travels abroad to Europe and Asia over the next year. I am so very grateful to my physical therapist and the staff. They created an atmosphere where I felt a lot of confidence in them. I would return to Professional again after having any kind of surgery or injury!"

"At Professional the staff was always courteous and respectful. I could tell that their first priority was to get the patients back as quickly and safely as possible. They pushed me everyday to work hard through the ups and downs and I am thankful for that."
