Nicole is the best! Always cheering me on when I feel I have met my limit, won't let me cheat. I have come so far with her encouragement and patience and I can now see the end of the tunnel. I hear her voice when exercising at home that keeps me on point. She takes into account my bad back and... makes adjustments. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the facility is kept clean. I feel I am in very good more

Tore my ACL and meniscus. Mike has been awesome at creating my PT plan and every week I see a bit of progress and it feels great. Mike always adds something knew so I don't ever feel stuck at an exercise. He knows I have goals and he's actively watching and learning from my restrictions to see what... best course to do so I can keep moving with my progress towards my goal.I do about 3-5 exercises, they massage the knee and the knee is iced before and after exercises. It's a clean facility, bathroom included. The doors are not accessible so it's always difficult getting in or out with crutches or wheelchairs and staff members are always rushing to open the door for me. I hope they update this, given that their patients have mobility issues.Parking: you can either pay for the ones on the side or park free in the parking lot.Insurance: they accept a few including Medicare.Appointment: they usually have from 7AM to 7PM.There's 2-3 therapists on rotation and an aid. There are at minimum 1-3 other patients at all times.Note: they're kinda understaffed right now and I just suggest patience and understanding if they're not able to assist right more

Great place and amazing therapists! I love how knowledgeable my therapist is and explains everything to me. All the therapists work so well together and everyone is always on the same page.I’ve been going for two weeks now but I can tell how dedicated the therapists there are. They push you to... try your best and encourage you when you feel like you can’t. My therapist Nicole is awesome! She keeps in contact with my doctor to ensure I am receiving the proper care and writes out my plans for me soI can see it as well. She helps with my workouts all the while still giving me space to do them on my own.Great place. Highly recommended!read more

Great service. Helped me to gain my confidence after a serious right knee injury, 2 torn ligaments. The exercises gradually increase in intensity (in a good way). I worked with Jocelyn for about 6wks for my piriformis syndrome. She was fantastic, as measured by the fact that i’m now running, biking, and swimming again without pain. Highly recommend. What I really liked was she asked if the stretches worked for me…and then changed one when I said one of them... wasn’t doing much. Just a touch of patient-centricness, but it made an more

Very clean facility to do your physical therapy. Everyone who works there are very professional and very nice. What I like the most is when the therapists set you up with your PT exercise regimen they actually watch you to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly so you get the maximum ... benefit.Gavin the head therapist does an excellent job and makes you feel very welcome and answers all your questions. My PT experience at Professional Physical Theapy has been a very positive experience thus more

I had hand therapy initially with Grace and then Rich. Both therapists were pleasant and very professional. Upon arrival my temperature was checked each time before I went to the hand therapy area. I was always taken immediately, no waiting at all. The therapist took my prescription, examined my... hand and decide what therapy I needed to regain my strength, which I did. The building has a parking lot adjacent so parking is no problem. While I was there, no politics were on the tv, nobody’s opinions or views or news which was very pleasant given the current climate of our worldI would use them more

This is my second time in recovery for knee replacement surgery. I was so happy with the care I received at PPT the last time I knew I would return, and I'm glad I did. Professional, friendly staff, comfortable and clean space with all the necessary equipment. Given the current situation, the staff... ensures good social distancing, provides masks if needed, and is always cleaning the tables, towels, and shared equipment. Highly more

I decided to become a PT after a major accident in my family leaving my mother in need of help, it wasn’t until she started physical therapy that she really started to feel better and that’s when I decided I want to help others the way my mother was helped. I developed a real love and appreciation for overall health, wellness and fitness later on. Something I am passionate about is helping people of all ages learn to stay healthy and moving with a strong foundation for life long health and fitness.
