I've seen PTs at several of the clinics over the years for a variety of issues, and had successful treatment every time -- even for issues that other PTs were unable to help (or actually made worse). These folks know what they're doing. Good diagnostic techniques and good therapy protocols. My... only issue is with the back office stuff. Since the original practice was taken over by the Professional PT chain, the billing and customer service functions have been pleasant but they never seem to get anything right. Ever. So go there for the wonderful PT, but expect some weird hassles with the billing.read more

AMAZING! I’ve been going to this place for a few months and it’s UNBELIEVABLE! All staffs are so friendly, attentive and caring. I felt so safe going in there during COVID as everyone kept the place so clean and sanitized every time someone was down using an equipment.

Very attentive and professional team. They clean the equipments after you work on them. They listen to you and watch you when you have a problem doing with your exercises and also correct you. This is the second time coming over here They helped me with my Right Shoulder about one and a half year... ago. Then, I hurt my Left Shoulder two and a half months ago and I couldn't improve doing my exercises at home. Finally after I got my covid 19 vaccine I went back so they can help me again. I feel so great every day I go to do my physical therapy here because I feel that I can move more my left arm and finally recovering from my injury in my left shoulder. Thank you team, you are owesome!read more

Steve and the team of physical therapists are amazing. I loved the warmth they show to every single person who comes in and how all of us feel so well taken care of. Then, with the love and warmth and safety established, they provide individualized exercises that are so "easy to do" and yet... make such a difference. For me, I came with a back that had me hunched over and my body totally skewed. Now, 4 or 5 weeks later, my back is 98% recovered. I'm walking normally. I can pick things up again and I feel good. I will hold off on chopping wood for a few months. Luckily it just turned spring, so I won't have to till next winter.read more

Top floor, 3rd, and this is nice. Not huge, but it could feel small if there are a lot of people. All kinds of natural light comes in from windows and skylights. Very nice professional people. They are helping me!!

When I strained a rotator cuff last Winter, the pain was debilitating, and at times it seemed like it was never going to get better. Even simple household tasks had become almost unbearable due to the pain I was in. I am so glad that I made the decision to undergo treatment at Professional Physical... Therapy. Through consistent, twice weekly appointments, the staff worked with me every step of the way to address and treat my injury. Everyone there is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, and I really got the sense that they truly care. My shoulder pain is virtually non-existent now and I have been able to return to all my regular physical activities, thanks to the help I received from the people at Professional PT. Thank you so much!read more

Emily completed Level 1 of the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2021 for advanced training in manual therapy skills and techniques to optimize patient outcomes. Emily loves spending time being active outdoors whether hiking, swimming, or on the beach. Growing up, Emily played sports where she was on Delaware's State Championship lacrosse team, played field hockey, and ran track. She spent time in physical therapy for sports related injuries. Her dad also needed therapy for joint replacements and revisions so she was exposed early on to various types of physical therapy and physical therapists. She saw how it positively impacted her own, her dad's, and several other people’s lives and fell in love with the profession. She knew she wanted to be part of this field and found her way to BU and eventually Arlington and a great team of physical therapists. In her free time, in addition to being outdoors, Emily is taking kickboxing and ballet classes. Emily enjoys treating all ages and various injuries and conditions, particularly involving the spine.

Bio

Athletics have always been a large part of my life. As a collegiate three-season athlete, I spent a great deal of time in the training room receiving treatment and shadowing. I began my career as a Biology Major at Stonehill College and quickly learned I was interested in helping athletes of all backgrounds recover and return to sport at their full potential. My classes at Northeastern University allowed me to develop as a Physical Therapist and lead me to complete the Level I residency of the Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (IOMT).
