About the Clinic
Professional Physical Therapy Hand Therapy clinic in Bay Shore was acquired in 2017, but we have been in business since 2003. Our clinic has a certified hand therapist on staff, only one in the Babylon/Bay Shore area. The Bay Shore Professional PT Hand Therapy clinic was formerly known as Signature Hand Therapy.

Enter the building at the north entrance; take elevator or steps to the second floor.
Professional Physical Therapy in Bay Shore is located south of Sunrise Highway, between Park and Smith Street. We are next to Penny Pub (across from the gazebo), just west of Southside hospital.
Bus stop is on Mechanicsville Road and Park Avenue, on the edge of the municipal parking lot. Municipal parking is located right outside of our office. Metered parking is also available along Main Street.
