Rich Albergo, OTD, OTR/L
- Doctoral Degree, Occupational Therapy, University of St. Augustine
- Master's Degree, Occupational Therapy, University of St. Augustine
- Occupational Therapy Assistant, Mercy College
- Occupational Hand Therapy
Rich's passion for occupational therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation came from playing guitar. A native Long Islander growing up in a thriving music scene and attending countless concerts culminated into a deeper desire to understand the intricate biomechanics behind how and why so many of his rock and roll idols could play their instruments with such proficiency. Rich graduated from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York in 2016 as an occupational therapy assistant, but the goal of learning never ceased as he simultaneously handled long distance schooling in St. Augustine Florida, achieving a masters degree in 2019 followed by the academic milestone of doctorate in 2021. Rich's future aspirations are teaching and continuing to work in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
