I had some movement problems with my shoulder. Karen takes time to understand the issues, and adjusts the treatment accordingly. Previously had gone to another facility which was not half as good as PPT Billerica. Karen Murphy is excellent and I highly recommend the Billerica facility and staff.

I fell going down some stairs in December 2019. Went to PT at another facility with no results. I continued walking with a limp and was in constant pain for almost a year and decided I needed to go back to PT. A friend recommended Professional Physical Therapy in Billerica. I saw Christ Faust... for an initial evaluation and he told me I would start feeling better in 6 weeks. I was so used to being in pain that I wasn't so sure. Well, here I am now 12 weeks out and I am at almost zero pain and can RUN up the stairs. Chris is so knowledgeable, kind and motivating. I am so grateful to him. I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy. Great people and a very clean facility.read more

I worked with Karen Murphy for two different medical issues over a few years. She made me feel very welcomed and gave me the confidence that my concerns would be resolved and she would delve into it and discover all the options so I would see improvements and I did. When my therapy ended she gave... me tips on body mechanics that applied to my everyday activities and homework to do. She showed a lot of caring, compassion and was very thorough in the therapy provided. I would work with her again to help resolve a physical issue.read more
