Matt and his team are great. Knowledgeable and dialed in. I have suffered from headaches, neck pain, pressure and ROM issues for the past 8 years from a brain injury. I had some movement problems with my shoulder. Karen takes time to understand the issues, and adjusts the treatment accordingly. Previously had gone to another facility which was not half as good as PPT Billerica. Karen Murphy is excellent and I highly recommend the Billerica facility and staff.

I fell going down some stairs in December 2019. Went to PT at another facility with no results. I continued walking with a limp and was in constant pain for almost a year and decided I needed to go back to PT. A friend recommended Professional Physical Therapy in Billerica. I saw Christ Faust... for an initial evaluation and he told me I would start feeling better in 6 weeks. I was so used to being in pain that I wasn't so sure. Well, here I am now 12 weeks out and I am at almost zero pain and can RUN up the stairs. Chris is so knowledgeable, kind and motivating. I am so grateful to him. I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy. Great people and a very clean facility.read more

I worked with Karen Murphy for two different medical issues over a few years. She made me feel very welcomed and gave me the confidence that my concerns would be resolved and she would delve into it and discover all the options so I would see improvements and I did. When my therapy ended she gave... me tips on body mechanics that applied to my everyday activities and homework to do. She showed a lot of caring, compassion and was very thorough in the therapy provided. I would work with her again to help resolve a physical issue.read more

I just finished 4-5 months of physical therapy at Professional Physical Therapy after breaking my leg in a car accident. I've been to one other physical therapist and I can not say enough good things about Professional Physical Therapy. Chris pushed me when I needed it and did everything he could... to get me back to 100%. On the few occasions I needed to reschedule they were completely understanding and willing to work with my schedule to get me the treatment I needed. Bio

After graduating from Nazareth College with my Masters in 2003 I began my PT career at a small town hospital in New York where I gained experience in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient and wound care. I then got accepted into the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in Woburn and made the move out to MA in 2005. Through this year long training program I was able to advance my skills in outpatient orthopedics, where I new I wanted to focus my career. In 2010 I finished a 2nd year of the advanced training program and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, all while continuing to work full time. I am currently the clinic manager of our Billerica location and am loving working in the same town I live in!!
