I have nothing negative to say about this place. I have been going to PT for years for an ongoing foot problem. After finally having an intense surgery, I went to Pro PT for recovery. It is safe to say that both of my feet have improved dramatically in only a few months time. The staff is... incredible, especially my physical therapist, Hannah. Hannah has been right by my side through the whole process before and after surgery, including getting in touch with my doctor to ensure I was preforming the right exercises for a speedy recovery. Additionally, Hannah has made me feel incredibly comfortable from the beginning and now. We always laugh together and she goes above and beyond for all of her patients when entering the facility. Also, the Back Bay manager, Steph, is one of the most kind-hearted, genuine people I know. Although I have not have had the pleasure to work with all the physical therapists, I do know they are all extremely knowledgeable in their craft and do their utmost best with every one who walks in, with any kind of physical health issue. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. You will not be disappointed!read more

I had a pretty nasty ankle injury and as a daily runner I was devastated but from day one Maria was great and lifted my spirits. I loved the energy and how dedicated every staff member were to their jobs—from the front desk to the interns. Supportive, knowledgeable and very impressed with their... daily attention to details. By the time my sessions were completed, I was a much stronger runner/athlete; so much so that there’s a decent chance for me to qualify for the Boston marathon now. And that belief alone has a lot to do with the great work of the fine people at Professional PT. Highly recommend!!read more

The place is a little small but it's got all you need! The PTs are great (especially Maria) and there has never been a time where I did not feel welcomed. It's also important to add that during the COVID pandemic, I felt safe exercising there as the staff was conscious and considerate of proper... safety guidelines (also shoutout to the PT aids who guided you through exercises and sanitized everything!). Though my injury was common (sprained ankle), Maria made an effort to fulfill my goals of getting back on the climbing wall/rock and worked on my dynamic movement. I would definitely recommend! This place is also really close to the green line for those who take the T.read more

This was my first time in PT and Maria was wonderful in helping with my back injury. Outside of Maria, everyone working at Professional Physical Therapy is extremely professional, kind and great at what they do. They all do an amazing job safely working with patients and the clinic is well... maintained and clean. Would recommend this location to any/ all people who ask.read more

I have been to Professional PT for two different injuries and it has been by far the best place I've received PT treatment. The therapists there are extremely knowledgable, experienced, and kind. I felt so supported, both in the recovery from my physical injuries and in the emotional tolls that... accompanied them. Maria Stavros was my PT for both of my injuries, and I could not give her positive enough feedback!! She was extremely patient with an especially stubborn injury that I had unsuccessfully tried to resolve with other doctors and PTs around New England. I would highly recommend Professional PT, especially Maria!!read more

I cannot say enough good things about Professional PT, especially the therapist I work with, Stephanie Novello. I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder earlier this year which is an incredibly painful condition. Stephanie helped me as much as she could until I could get an appointment with my... orthopedic doctor and eventually had manipulation under anesthesia, which breaks up the scar tissue causing frozen shoulder. I've since been driving into see Stephanie at their Boylston Street clinic, even though I'm currently working from home in Quincy; AND my car has no AC so you know they're good when you're driving in 95 degree weather just so you can get to the best therapist in the city, in my opinion. Don't suffer any longer - go to Professional PT. They're knowledgeable, professional, compassionate. I highly recommend!read more
