I went to Professional Physical Therapy after I tore my ACL and worked with Steve Vitale through pre-op PT and went back after surgery to continue with post-op PT. He and his team carried themselves in a professional and upbeat way that made each session fun and something I looked forward to each... week - even when I was there up to three times per week. Steve is very knowledgeable, treats each patient on a case by case basis, sets up a plan based on your needs and answers any and all questions. He also explains why each exercise is beneficial which is great for personal learnings and continued recovery. The team always made sure I was pushing my limits but that it wasn't too much for me while doing so. If you're looking for any sort of physical therapy, I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy!!read more

Alexandra (Alex) Linden is a gifted physical therapist. I was suffering from increasingly problematic chronic back pain and sciatica plus twisted my knee when I came to her for help. I had tried stretching, Accupuncture, massage, everything to no avail and I am a horseback rider so I was really... struggling. This was my first experience with PT and I would never wait so long to go again. Alex first helped me understand what I was doing to contribute to my back pain and how to preserve my back so that it would be in good shape for riding. As part of that, she prescribed 5 exercises for me to do daily that improved my core strength in a specific way that didn’t aggravate, but instead helped my back and used our time to help me understand how to do them properly. These daily exercises take me 15 min in total and changed my life. Within 2 weeks I was pain free and have remained so over a whole year since including a week long vacation ride. A bonus is that my core strength is really good now which also helps my riding. I just can’t recommend Alex highly enough for diagnosing the problem insightfully and helping me take control by doing things at home so that I can maintain a good quality of life for the long run. Thank you, Alex!read more
