Hear From Our Patients

Tiffany K.
I had received recommendations for several physical therapy offices local to me but after calling Professional PT I was really impressed with their customer service from the jump. The receptionist answered all my questions and was very encouraging. Having never been to PT before I was a little... overwhelmed and she made me feel extremely comfortable. The office is super clean and professional. Everyone working there is positive and friendly which is hugely important when rehabbing injuries. There are assistants as well as PTs in training and they are all informed and prepared to help patients. I am dealing with a long term recovery for an Achilles’ tendon rupture and it’s hard to stay motivated and patient but I can honestly say without them I wouldn’t be healing as well and feeling as hopeful. They push you to do your best and support you through the process providing you with treatments plans for at home as well, there are text appt reminders and a patient portal that’s easy to use. I work with Kyle as a PT and he is extremely smart and on top of things and while pushing me is also empathetic. I couldn’t recommend this place any higher. I hope to never have another injury but I will be back if I do. Excellent energy in the office.read more

I have been working with Kyle Macri off and on since October 2020 as a result of two shoulder surgery's needed within one year. I was able to avoid surgery seven years ago by doing PT, but got to a point due to wear/tear and DNA that surgery was inevitable.Kyle is an excellent diagnostician and... has a keen sense of knowing when to push, but also knowing when to pull back. I'm also impressed with his ability to adjust an exercise on the spot due to experiencing pain or not being able to execute. I appreciate this sign of respect at my age because I know better than anyone else what my body is capable of doing. In addition to pre and post PT for my shoulders Kyle has helped me manage chronic (long term) conditions due to my DNA. He has taught me specific exercises in the facility that I can also bring home aimed at improving my quality of life and functionality while providing better joint and muscle mobility.I am grateful that the PT exercises Kyle has taught me allows me to maintain the active lifestyle that I enjoyed prior to these surgeries. Since working with Kyle in the Braintree facility I have observed a high increase in client volume. I attribute this to Kyle's professional knowledge, respectful approach, compassion, positive attitude and ability to motivate his clients especially when one's pain level decreases their energy level with little desire to work out."Challenging Limits to Transform Lives"read more

8 weeks ago, I was in a sling, cursing and yelping every time I moved my arm. Kyle was able to target the inflamed area, and use a combination of massage and strength-building/ range-expanding exercises to guide me to complete recovery. I’m so grateful to not be in pain anymore! I definitely... recommend Professional PT- Braintree. Kyle is the real deal!read more

I had such a great experience working with Kyle! I did two separate PT regimens- the first for upper back/shoulder issues and the second a couple months later for pregnancy-related lower back pain. Two completely different areas but both times Kyle was extremely attentive, focused in on where my... pain was and how to build muscle strength to alleviate it. Both times after only a handful of sessions I was already feeling such an improvement! I was particularly impressed that he could help me so much with the pregnancy-related pain, and he even recommended exercises to help with overall pregnancy fitness which I appreciated. I highly recommend Kyle and Professional PT for all your PT needs!read more

After tearing my rotator cuff & being in comp the last thing I was looking forward to was PT. BUT after meeting the lead physical therapist Kyle it was actually enjoyable. With the knowledge and the plan taylored to each individual, it's a very hands on, with flexible appointments throughout the... day makes it easy to make or even switch an appointment even the morning of. It's the only place I'll ever go. They really want to help and get people back to where they were before whichever ailment you go in with they'll get you atleast back to 100 percent of not better than before the injury. After surgery I was looking a minimum of 4 to 6 month of rehab to get back to work , Kyle got me back to full motion and strength at 4 months with full clearance to return to work. Definitely the G.O.A.T. OF THE PHYSICAL THERAPY WORLDread more

Everything about Mullis PT is fantastic. Doctors Mullis and Leblanc are so personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The members of the staff are all team players and you can tell that they enjoy working together! Their camaraderie creates an environment that is supportive, welcoming and positive.... The waiting area and exercise equipment is very clean. The exercise classes are excellent, Jenna helps each client to work at his/her own level and there is a lot of personal attention. Bio

I found my interest in Physical Therapy through my love of playing sports growing up and going to Physical Therapy myself. I went to UMass Lowell for both my undergraduate and graduate education where I also ran Division 1 track and field for five years. I have worked with Professional Physical Therapy as an exercise tech for four years while in school and experienced the rewarding feeling of helping patients return to doing the activities they love pain free. I enjoy treating aspiring athletes as well as those looking to return to activities they enjoy. I am currently furthering my education and skills through Level 1 at the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. In my free time I like going to CrossFit, running and relaxing at the beach.
