My mom has her knee replacement done and she went back to Melissa Tobis ,who has worked on her other knee after TKR 2 years ago,as soon as possible on day 26 after TKR. Melissa creates an exercise plan tailored to her knee problems, and after the 1st week/3 sessions, my mom has felt the... difference. Thank you, Melissa!read more

I highly recommend the Broad Street location for PT! I struggled on and off for a year with a herniated disc and had tried physical therapy before. It wasn’t until I came to Professional PT where I really saw results. Not only were Swapnali and Shamir extremely knowledgeable and attentive, but were... also great to chat with. Couldn’t recommend more!read more

I have been an on-again, off-afain patient for different injuries. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff and therapists are caring and professional. I highly recommend them.

I made a good choice with Professional Physical Therapy. The facility is in a convenient location, they are flexible with scheduling, and there is real attention spent on cleanliness. Most of all my PT Dr Shinde is really great. She spent time to get to know me and did a deep dive to understand my... current situation and my past history. She evaluated my situation, and set realistic expectations for a successful recovery. But most of all she is very informative, encouraging, genuinely cares and kind. Highly more

Excellent experience. Very professional and knowledgable staff and attention to my needs. Andrew F. is a great PT who really honed in on the issue of my pain. He was very attentive, very professional, and left me with a great experience at my first real PT trial. Sydnie as was extremely helpful... to me. Special mention: Donnet at the front desk is who got me in. I was apprehensive and was going to put it off but she was very knowledgable and encouraging and made me feel super welcome. This office has a great staff. I highly more

Everyone, from head PT to office staff, are friendly and professional. The facility is well equipped, pleasant and laid back. Most importantly, every time I bang myself up these folks have truly helped me. Thanks Sunny and crew!I highly recommend them if you need PT.

Everyone is great at Professional Physical Therapy: the PT professionals, the assistants and the administrative staff. During my assessment orientation, my physical therapist explained my MRI in layman’s terms better than my doctor. The exercises are not set in stone. If a patient feels like they... straining or having difficulties with an exercise, it can be changed or modified.I always ask questions as a patient in recovery and the therapists always have an answer. They are very knowledgeable about their profession and it shows.I hate doing PT exercises, but the staff makes it seem fun. It even makes me what to do them even when I’m home. I would highly recommend Professional Physical more

There is nothing not to like about the staff, and service. Everyone is professional, but not uptight. They care about their clients, asking how you feel during your exercise asking about any concerns, or progress, then tailoring your routine to suit your needs.I have been to another Professional... location, and while the service was not bad there, Broad Street's service is far more
