Andrew Frazzini is a superb therapist. Especially patient with the old, and empathetic with a long catalog of body failures!

Excellent experience. Very professional and knowledgable staff and attention to my needs. Andrew F. is a great PT who really honed in on the issue of my pain. He was very attentive, very professional, and left me with a great experience at my first real PT trial. Sydnie as was extremely helpful... to me. Special mention: Donnet at the front desk is who got me in. I was apprehensive and was going to put it off but she was very knowledgable and encouraging and made me feel super welcome. This office has a great staff. I highly recommend.read more

Everyone, from head PT to office staff, are friendly and professional. The facility is well equipped, pleasant and laid back. Most importantly, every time I bang myself up these folks have truly helped me. Thanks Sunny and crew!I highly recommend them if you need PT.

Everyone is great at Professional Physical Therapy: the PT professionals, the assistants and the administrative staff. During my assessment orientation, my physical therapist explained my MRI in layman’s terms better than my doctor. The exercises are not set in stone. If a patient feels like they... straining or having difficulties with an exercise, it can be changed or modified.I always ask questions as a patient in recovery and the therapists always have an answer. They are very knowledgeable about their profession and it shows.I hate doing PT exercises, but the staff makes it seem fun. It even makes me what to do them even when I’m home. I would highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy.read more

THE BEST PROFESSIONALS. I RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ALL MY FRIENDS. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Rhonda G.
There is nothing not to like about the staff, and service. Everyone is professional, but not uptight. They care about their clients, asking how you feel during your exercise asking about any concerns, or progress, then tailoring your routine to suit your needs.I have been to another Professional... location, and while the service was not bad there, Broad Street's service is far superior.read more

After working with a pediatric population as a Physical Therapist for the NYC Board of Education, and serving as a Clinical Director in the orthopedic setting, Melissa joined Professional in 2002. In 2005, she became a Clinical Director for our company, and in 2007, Melissa became a Partner.  Melissa has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, with a focus on manual therapy and sports medicine.
