This place is fantastic. Starts with wonderful and confident front desk staff, and ends with exceptionally caring and skilled therapists. I'm working with Ruben right now and he is absolutely fantastic. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Having to do PT for the first time was scary, challenging and overwhelming. From day one Sam, Eric and John have been an absolute pleasure to work with and mitigated all my fears. Somehow, the team has even made it fun.I’m excited to be back to full strength soon, but sad I won’t be able to see... their smiling faces twice a week once I’m done.Located in Equinox, the facilities are top notch. If you live or work in Battery Park City and need PT, you’ll be very happy if you choose Professional Physical Therapy!!Thanks Sam for being such an amazing physical therapist, challenging me and an absolute pleasure to work with!Hopefullly once my torn Achilies heals, I can dunk for the first time, at 35 :)read more

My experience at Professional PT in Brookefield Place could not have been more positive. When my orthopedic surgeon told me I had to go for PT, I was very against it. However, the folks at Professional PT made it very enjoyable. In particular, Sam Lui did an outstanding job. Not only was she highly... effective, she was always able to explain, in an easily understandable way, why she was asking me to do the exercises she was. I would gladly recommend Professional PT to anyone who needed PT.read more

A very warm welcome. Pleasant and easy going staff. Which makes breaking the ice to talk to them easy. The Manager their ( Shoshana ), was awsome in determining what excercise routine to begin with. And she is very experience in determining where, and how to massage your injury. The location has a... nice view of Jersey City from the city. I definately felt better and stronger as time went by with each session. I would highly recommend this location.read more
