Emmanuel B.
So far this place is the best therapist place that I ever experienced.I know I had seen a least 7 for the past 4years with 3 knee surgeries also ankle & shoulder fractures. Thanks
Meg T.
The whole staff at the Clark Office is amazing and very professional from when you walk in to when you leave. I was recommended to go here for my Achilles tendinitis, I had a hard time walking or even doing basic things before going here and within a few weeks I felt much better. I’m still going... through PT but now working on strengthening the muscles to prevent something from happening again. What is great is that they explain what muscles groups are targeted with certain exercises. Definitely recommend this place!read more

My experience at Professional Physical Therapy in Clark was amazing. I went in with excruciating knee pain, and Rick helped me immensely. Such a great environment! If I ever need physical therapy again in the future, I will most definitely be going back here. Thank you so much, Rick!
Karen R.
Rick is a great physical therapist! I needed PT for neck and back issues. He helped by massaging out my kinks and also by showing me how to do exercises correctly so I can do them at home to continue to strengthen both. I was recommended here and have recommended others. The team is personable and... you get the individual care other larger therapy facilities don’t provide.read more

Dr. Rick is the best PT I could've hoped for: attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable about healing after an injury. No matter how busy the clinic was, he always made sure that the other patients and I were satisfied with the time he gave us. Even when we were exercising on our own, he engaged... with us and encouraged us. I was surprised at (and impressed by) the care he took to evaluate how my skeletal structure and the way my body naturally moves might cause problems for me in the future. I never thought that after completing my physical therapy sessions for plantar fascitis I'd feel like I had the tools to exercise more safely and effectively for the rest of my life, but I'm incredibly grateful that I do. In conclusion, Dr. Rick is amazing! (And shoutout to the office manager, Kevin, who deserves all the praise for always being patient, helpful, and ready to greet me with a smile while successfully managing a ton of patients.)read more

Dr. Rick and his administrative assistant Kevin exemplifie the gold standard of professionalism and patient centered care. I highly recommend this office for anyone who is seeking compassionate and knowledgeable care. Rick has been instrumental in my overall healing. He's treated and provided... relief in areas that no other physician has been able to. I am beyond grateful for his care.read more

Bio

I was always interested in physical fitness and sports since playing travel ice hockey as a goalie since I was 10 years old. When I started college at Binghamton University I did not know what career path I wanted to follow, but enjoyed psychology in High school and pursued a bachelor's of art in Psychology. While at Binghamton University I began working at the campus rec center as a group fitness instructor and then also pursued a minor in health and wellness studies. Throughout majority of my college career I was still undecided on my future profession; then in winter of 2015 I went skiing and suffered a shoulder injury. I began physical therapy to rehabilitate my shoulder. As a patient I was able to observe the clinic and decided to begin shadowing my physical therapist and fell in love with outpatient physical therapy. After graduating Binghamton with my bachelor's I went to Middlesex and Rutgers to finish my prerequisites for Physical Therapy. I was then accepted to Rutgers University and quickly became interested in earning my board certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) title. I am now in the Orthopedic Residency through Professional Physical Therapy/NYIT on track to sit for my OCS in March of 2022. I look forward to continuing to enhance my career and my clinical skills to better assist my patients in their rehabilitation goals!

Bio

I became interested in Physical Therapy as a way to connect my desire to help others and my interest in exercise and its effects on the human body.  I enjoy treating and participating in a variety of physical activities, particularly running, calisthenics, and weight lifting. When I want to do something less active, I enjoy baking for family and friends.
