Gianna and John are wonderful therapists. They are very thorough and explain what each exercise accomplishes. I enjoy working with them and expect the therapy will help me avoid knee replacement surgery for a while.
Julianna R.
After a knee surgery, I came to Professional PT and was treated by John Nulty. He and the entire staff of physical therapists were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. My program was tailored to me, and I made a great recovery. So thankful for John and this team!

I can’t recommend Commack Professional Physical Therapy enough! This is my second time there (2 separate injuries). First, shoulder labrum surgery, second, meniscus repair. My 17 year old daughter also had a great experience. She suffered with shin splints due to cross country and track and field.... The staff was very professional, sensitive to our needs and care very much about helping you reach your goals and return to your sport. We worked with John and Cynthia. I can’t thank them enough! I’m back at the gym working out the way I was before both surgeries and my daughter is continuing her high level competitive running.I highly recommend this location for someone looking for sports-related rehab!read more

I've been a patient here three times over the past decade for multiple injuries. I'll always keep coming back because of how incredible the team of therapists are. I started with Joe Kozlowski with my first injury, Craig with my second and am currently seeing Stephen Lobiando for my latest injury.... I can't always depend on my body to work but I know I can always depend on the awesome team at Professional Physical Therapy to help me on the road to recovery in a fun and engaging environment.read more

I sprained my left shoulder and was ordered by my doctor for PT. I searched for the closet location and found the Commack office was the perfect location to my house. I have been working with John and he got to know me on a personal level which was nice. I wasn’t just a patient, the whole staff... made me feel like I knew them for years! Definitely would recommend going here. The space is big, clean, enough chairs, machines and equipment. The staff is awesome and always found a time that worked for my schedule.read more

First class service! Everyone is friendly, nice, and makes coming into appointments enjoyable. Gianna, especially, goes over the top to make sure I’m doing the correct exercises that will help me get back to normal.

I run 15-25 miles a week. Had a really bad sprain that derailed my training. Got really good care at PPT. Started with basic stuff and challenged me before I was ready to challenge myself. The PT structure helped me trust my ankle again and incrementally return to running. Deeply appreciative of... Gianna and the staff at PPT.read more

I had labrum shoulder surgery in February, I was was very skeptical that my shoulder wouldn’t get back to what it was. Gianna was the Physical Therapist assigned to me, she was an absolute life saver. Every time I came in, there was always new things to do to help get my strength and rotation back.... When I couldn’t make it the times Gianna was there, I would see John and we wouldn’t skip a beat. Gianna and John are extremely knowledgeable, I would recommend them for anyone with an injury. The entire staff there at Professional Physical Therapy of Commack (Cynthia, Angelinna, Dre, Steve) always made me feel welcomed and part of their family!! Professional PT in Commack was the best possible place for me to be treated for my torn ACL/MCL. I had total reconstruction surgery in December, and was recommended by my orthopedist to go to Professional PT. The first moment I walked in, I knew how passionate, competent, and knowledgeable the... entire staff is when it’s comes to helping any patient in need of help. Gianna was my therapist for the entire 8 month period of therapy and she was the best physical therapist anyone could ask for. Everyday she showed how passionate she was when it came to being the best possible Physical therapist. Her hard-work, passion and determination to help all her patients is truly inspiring.
