I had a very nice experience with all of the staff members at Professional Physical Therapy. They really make you feel welcome and comfortable. I can tell that they genuinely cared about me getting better from my injury. One particular physical therapist worked on me most of the time I was there... and she was really nice to me from day one. All of the staff members are nice. I’ve been going there for almost a year and they kind of feel like family to me. I would recommend anyone who has an injury to go to Professional Physical Therapy. They are very professional, nice, caring and fun to be around.read more

Professional Physical Therapy did a great job in rehabbing my knee. Dr. Matt Lago and team put together a great series of exercises and stretches that quickly got me back to full functionality of my knee. Dr. Lago was also clear and patient in showing me how to do the exercises and stretches. I... highly recommend Dr. Lago and the wonderful team at Professional Physical Therapy!!read more

After 8 weeks of physical therapy for a total knee replacement, I was very pleased with the therapy I received from Chris at the Copiague center. He is very knowledgeable, personable, patient, kind, explains things well and is a very good listener. My range of motion increased way more than my... doctor predicted. Thank you Chris!read more

I am writing this review to express that my entire experience at Professional Physical Therapy in Copiague has been nothing but Positive. From my first visit I felt welcomed by the entire staff. I came here for a month and worked with Erin Palmer, DPT for a minor right hip strain. Erin has been... pleasant, thorough and extremely informative. Erin took the time to explain the exercises, listened and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Although my time was short working with Erin, she has given me a solid home treatment program to follow. Erin is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind and is an asset to Professional Physical Therapy of Copiague.read more

I was prescribed PT and dreaded it from past experiences. When i found Professional Physical Therapy a whole new world of health opened to me. They started me in the pool with Michelle and those exercises relieved stiffness and pain. When I transferred to land with Lori it really helped me respond... to treatment because I was more limber and able to do the exercises and movements. From the moment you enter and are greeted by the staff at the front desk and treated by the therapist and aides, you feel welcomed and respected. I always frlt my care was paramount.read more
