I can not say enough positive things about my physical therapy experiences at Professional PT, specifically in the Copiague location. The staff is very warm, attentive and professional.Lori, Amanda, Madison, Lizette, Teresa to name only a few are top notch in their industry. Unlike other PT... environments that tell you what to do and leave you on your own. Here more than one therapist is aware of your therapy routine and your never waiting for instructions.I've done aquatic therapy at PPT for my hip & knee replacements and I feel that specific therapy helped get me to a full recovery in a faster time frame.Thank you to the entire staff for getting me to a full recovery with recent shoulder surgery.read more

She listens to her patients needs while also working to make them better. You can tell just by being there with... other patients how much they respect and enjoy working with her. The staff at professional pt are all great, you feel immediately welcomed the moment you walk in the door!!read more

I highly recommend PPT. I had a knee replacement and was naturally nervous. Lori, Liz, Amanda, Madison and James made me feel so comfortable with their genuine compassion, to say nothing of their acute expertise. They cheer you on and lift your spirits if you’re having a particularly difficult day... and high five when you hit significant milestones. They’ve picked their careers perfectly because they’re each so damn good in their own ways. Couldn’t do this without them, nor would I want to. Thank you guys. Im grateful for you.read more

They made my experience as pleasant as possible after my shoulder surgery and def live up to their name... “Professional “ The aqua therapy in their crystal clean pool was a great way to start out, pain free. Therapist Michele was very encouraging and helpful. This was by far the cleanest, open air facility I had seen, when I researched local physical therapy locations. Growing up I always enjoyed playing sports, specifically baseball. As I got older, I realized my skills were not going to get me anywhere close to the pros. However, I still enjoyed the teamwork mentality and being able to contribute. Thus, after a little self exploration, the field of Physical Therapy found me. I enjoy being able to work with patients and helping them get back to what they love. Whether it is returning to their favorite sport or simply being able to walk their dog, knowing that I was able to help get them there has been both rewarding and motivating for me as a therapist.
