Richard has been doing a great job - both on Achilles and neck issues. All the guys seem to work together and that is great. I have some issues with cancelled appointments. Twice I arrived and was told that I had been sent a voice mail cancelling the appointment. I did not receive either. Susan... does a great job at the desk.read more

Very professional staff. All of the therapists are very positive and helpful. Service is always on time. Entire staff are very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Professional staff who provide superior care. I have had PT for two rotator cuff repairs, 2 total knee repairs in my life so I am very well acquainted with PT and would rate Professional Physical Therapy as one of the best, better than most.

This is the best physical therapy from many I went in with my lower and upper back severe issues. Manual therapy they professionally provide with the combination of exercises gave me the results that I stopped taking analgesics during my long 12 hours nursing shifts. My core muscles became strong... holding the spines in the right positions that the pain does not bother me how it was before PT. During the PT they control your every exercise movement in order you do it right. And that worked for me the most. Matt, Paul, Rich and all team are highly professional, and their PPT name reflects their services in full. Grateful and happy I found them…read more

Best PT team, shout out to Kyle, Paul, Rich and rest of the team for keeping us pain-free and fit. Both my husband and I have been coming here for all of our needs. Feels like a family!!

I’ve been coming to Professional Physical Therapy for a couple of months and I’m extremely pleased. All therapists have worked on my shoulder doing a great job with my therapy. Everyone has a great and positive attitude. Thank you for all your help!

I have found everyone at Professional Physical Therapy to be well trained, knowledgeable and patient while providing very effective treatment.I have worked with Kyle, Rich and Kathy during my treatment. Amazing facility! I started with physical therapy here for hip pain and was feeling discouraged. Kyle and the team at Professional Physical Therapy have made a tremendous difference! They are extremely knowledgeable and aren’t without a lack of ideas and ingenuity of different therapeutic exercises... to help treat my hip pain. They are also very attentive to every aspect of your treatment and are there to correct or assist throughout your treatment! I 100% recommend!read more

Thoughtful analysis of my situation at first visit. Subsequent program was tailored to my issues. As I gained mobility and strength the program changed to provide more challenges. I had mostly the same PTs …one of three who switched times. This was good to get a little different focus, while... following my program. I was given a list of activities I should follow to continue improvement.read more

My orthopedic surgeon at Mass Gen has recommended Professional Physical Therapy for my ACL injury. Luckily this facility is only 10 mins from home in the south coast of Mass. Matt, Kyle and the gang are very professional, caring and friendly. Every visit they will monitor my progress and... increase/decrease my tolerance to the exercise program to meet my goal to get back to ski this season and the surgeon plan. The progress survey is conducted every 5 weeks and I can get the report email to myself directly and send to the doctor. They do have an appointment reminder one day prior to the schedule in case a reschedule is needed. I did call to the office to reschedule on the same day for an urgent event I could come.I found errors on the billing statement in the beginning and called the billing department right away. Yes I talked with a real person and he took care the case from the discrepancies between the billing and insurance right away.I recommend this facility for those who needs physical therapy in the south coast region.Last but not least, thank you very much for your patience and support. I hope not to come back again since you have taught me to take a good care of myself. 🙏👌read more

I have had several experiences with physical therapy and professional physical therapy is the absolute best place I have ever been. They make me feel comfortable listen to what I have to say and give sound reasoning and help for all of my physical therapy needs. It's a fun environment which is... important especially because it makes it more easy to do the work that needs to be done to get better. Matt especially is amazing and he takes the time to explain everything. I wouldn't go to any other place van professional physical therapy.read more

Hands down one of the best places around! Professional Physical Therapy in Dartmouth is a great establishment to complete your PT needs. The facility is extremely clean (and they are following all COVID-19 protocols) and the staff is super friendly. One of the major advantages of Professional PT is... that they try to keep you with the same therapist throughout your whole course of treatment, which allows for a great connection and understanding of what your strengths and weaknesses are. I have gone to Professional PT (even when it was Teamwork) for all my injuries (however, I did not attend Professional PT after a surgery once and the quality of care was just not the same). From someone who has gone to Professional PT over the years, you really can't beat the quality of care and professionalism that they provide! Keep up the great work Dartmouth Professional PT.read more

Love these guys. Very knowledgeable. Know what they are doing. Have a array of methods to condition the body back to where it’s suppose to be. My chiropractor recommended them and definitely would recommend them to all. Thank you.

I enjoyed going to physical therapy here. Everyone was so nice. The water was very comforting and warm. The therapists were very laid back and easy to talk to. I will definitely return if need to in the future.

I have had to go to physical therapy many times, but I have never had as positive an experience as I have had here. Learning to change habits and relearn everyday tasks allowed me to feel better and stay better. They really care about how you feel and making sure you are happy about your treatment.... You won’t just be a number or just another patient, but will be heard and treated well. Thanks guys, for everything!read more

I finished my physical therapy regiment last week, and believe it or not, I'm sad that I'm not going back for more! The staff are all very helpful and knowledgable, and extremely fun to be around! They maintain a great balance of professionalism and personal relationships with each patient. And... during this pandemic, they made sure that their equipment and beds were clean and sanitized before any patient used them. I highly recommend them for any physical therapy needs! :)read more

If it wasn’t for the therapists my back would still be in bad shape. Although my back problem is not curable, the staff have helped regain mobility and were able to help me in just the first visit. They are amazing!

I finished my PT today - hooray! I went to therapy four months after a fall with a painful back. I wasn't expecting much because I had already had a cortisone injection which hadn't helped at all. I met with Mike & he did an evaluation & explained how we would progress. He started with some massage... & stretching & then gave me some exercises. He explained why he did everything & what I should be feeling. After a couple of months I feel great! I highly recommend Professional Physical therapy, an awesome experience!read more

Through great mentorship and having gone to physical therapy myself due to personal injury as a collegiate basketball player, I
decided while studying Health Science at Merrimack College that I wanted to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Before starting PT
school, I spent a year abroad in Cork, Ireland with the Sports Changes Life program, where I played basketball professionally,
volunteered through sport and got my Master’s in International Business. I then moved back to the US and began my Physical
Therapy school journey at Marist College in 2018. I started with Professional Physical Therapy in 2021. I am interested in neurologic,
orthopedic and aquatic therapy and have a strong passion for helping others.

Furthering her skills in manual therapy, she has taken two Maitland Therapy courses, and will be continuing these studies in the near future. She has also developed an interest in pain sciences, dealing with chronic and abnormal pain patients after course work studies by David Butler and Lorrimer Moseley. She has completed training for Pelvic Health Physical Therapy with the APTA. When she isn't treating patients or managing the Marion clinic, she spends time exploring New England with her four year old son, Benjamin Micheal.
