Josh's original interest in physical therapy began when he was a patient himself following a baseball injury in high school. After falling in love with the idea of helping others achieve their goals and return to their pre-injury lifestyle, Josh chose the PT path! After graduating from Binghamton University, he went on to earn his DPT from NYIT in 2011 and immediately started working as a staff therapist in our Mamaroneck location. Josh then went on the become clinical director and open our Rye Brook location in 2016. He now runs our Eastchester office.

Erin Strollo, PT,DPT received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2020 from Nazareth College. She also received her Bachelors in Health Sciences from Nazareth College in 2018, with minors in Psychology and Gerontology. While obtaining her undergraduate and graduate degrees Erin played collegiate soccer. Erin has experience treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions in the outpatient setting. She completed clinical rotations in various inpatient and outpatient settings. She started her career with Professional Physical Therapy in January 2021.

With a masters degree in physical therapy from University of Pittsburgh and a post doctorate from University of Arcadia, I have nearly a decade of experience working with young and old athletes and non-sport related patients. My patients are my constant source of inspiration as they navigate their injuries and it's consequences. As I explore the world of injuries and disorders through their eyes, I make it my primary goal to address their myriad fears and bring them back to steadiness in a manner that is reassuring and specific to their functional needs. My specialties include manual therapy , dry needling and concussion assessment and management. Patient's could also come to me seeking advice about ergonomics and posture correction that could be work related.
