The first time was Post op for a shoulder injury several years ago and most recently I received treatment post op for a herniated disc in my lumbar spine. This is my second shoulder that this great PT place helped heal. 3.5 years ago it was my right shoulder. There were no tears but a lot of pain. In a few months it felt like new.
