Excellent staff. Great atmosphere for therapy. Tyler was the man, detailed attentive. Other therapist, Tim, J.T. provide professional support during my time there as well. Administrative staff at the front desk always made you feel welcomed. Even on days I wasn't mentally up to the session. I love... the app! Great for the gym or at home to refer to while doing the therapy routine. Highly recommend this agency for progressive & practical physical therapy, that gets results.read more

I have been to several physical therapy centers in my life, and this is by far the best experience. I have ever had. This clean well equipped facility is staffed by caring , enthusiastic and highly competent personnel. They take the time to listen, really listen. It seems to me I can see... improvement with every visit. I am never rushed or left to fend for myself. Someone is always watching. Special kudos to Jessica W and Branislav B who have magical fingers. Tom, Tim and those whose names i can't recall are all supportive. Marlene gets me the time slots I need. If you need physical therapy, look no further. This is the place.read more

Bio

Unfortunately like many of my colleagues a history of athletic injuries exposed me to the clinical practices of both athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coach's, and physical therapists. This ignited the spark which guided me to becoming a clinician in orthopedic healthcare. After receiving my Bachelors degree from Quinnipiac University and becoming a licensed athletic trainer and receiving my C.S.C.S , I became part of the Professional Physical Therapy team. I began my journey with a group professionals that provided me with a clinical experience that is unprecedented. Whether it was treating alongside Timothy Mauro and his expertise in post-operative Hip Labral repairs or Robert Panariello with his experience in ACL-rehabilitation to just list a couple of the many that influenced me over the years. All of these mentors expanded my knowledge and progressed my understanding of how to approach patient care. The next big step in my career was completing my DPT at NYIT where I expanded my knowledge even further with a focus on manual therapies and clinical evaluation skills. I look to continue to build my clinical knowledge and help as many patients as I can achieve their goals.

Bio

Having always been involved in sports as a child, I knew that my career would lead me down a path in healthcare. I graduated from Stony Brook University with my Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and worked as the head Athletic Trainer at Holy Trinity HS. During my time as the ATC at Holy Trinity, I recognized that I wanted to further my career, my education, and my ability to help patients. I graduated from NYIT with my doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. As a physical therapist, I value the time spent with my patients, and working with them to help them to achieve their goals. As a physical therapist, I utilize a combination of therapeutic exercises, functional exercises and manual therapy (massage, joint mobilization and stretching) interventions in order to help my patients achieve their goals. I truly have a passion in helping my patients get better - my goal is my patients' goal!
