Jennifer earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy through Springfield College's accelerated six year program. Throughout her time in the program she participated in a pro-bono clinic for chronic stroke survivors and community fall risk assessments. Her clinical experience includes acute care, acute rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedics. Jennifer has experience in treating a wide array of outpatient orthopedic diagnoses, including sports-related injuries and post-operative conditions. Her treatment approach is holistic and takes into account the patient as a whole, which allows the opportunity to make lasting changes and improvements in a one's condition and life. Jennifer incorporates principles of her SFMA certification to allow for assessment of all functional movement, and allows for creation of individualized exercise programs for each patient.
Alexis Ahern, PT, DPT

Alexis was born and raised in St. Mary's County, Maryland where she grew up playing soccer which guided her to her passion for physical therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University and then moved to NYC to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at LIU Brooklyn. Alexis completed a clinical rotation at Professional Physical Therapy where she
treated a range of musculoskeletal and post-surgical injuries. She also has experience with treating a variety of neurological conditions during previous acute rehabilitation clinical rotations. Alexis is committed to helping people get back to doing what they love to do by providing individualized care, patient education, and building a therapeutic relationship.
