I wanted to avoid surgery for tears in both rotator cuffs.  I considered plasma-rich platelet or stem-cell treatments, but my shoulder surgeon suggested that I first try physical therapy.  He recommended by name Michael Camacho at Professional Therapy . Michael specializes in shoulder PT. He used... a combination of palpation (trigger-point therapy) plus creative ROM and strengthening exercises. During my 2 ½ months of PT, I went from almost constant pain to complete pain-free functionality. I’ve had PT for knee surgeries and prior shoulder surgery. Michael is in a league by himself -- the most amazing PT guy I've seen.read more

I was in pain and could hardly walk, stand or sit for a long period of time. After working with Tido and learning how to correct my posture, I have been feeling 100% better. I am thankful for all the staff at Professional Physical Therapy in Hackensack. They were very professional and friendly.

After my injury, I could barely walk. I hobbled into PT on the first day in pain and very frustrated. Now, after working with Tido, I am almost back to 100%. It’s amazing! It was wonderful working with him. He was attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel comfortable during our... sessions. I cannot be happier with my progress or with my physical therapist. The entire staff here is just great.read more

I would highly recommend this facility. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have had physical therapy several times before in other places, and it did not compare even slightly to how much they have helped me at Professional PT.
