Best physical therapy place that I have ever experienced! The staff is very friendly, informative and caring. Emily put together a therapy plan to help my TMJ that worked great. Therapy plan was very hands on including massage, manual traction as well as weights and exercises to help strengthen... muscles.read more

Brian and his team are so welcoming, knowledgeable and FUN! The facility is spotless and convenient. A few weeks into my rehab, I am already feeling so much better. I highly recommend Brian and his amazing team!

Just completed 4 weeks of PT with Brian and staff. Within first week of his guidance and doing my daily exercises at home, my sciatica pain, which resulted from a fall 4 weeks earlier, was gone. We continued with various strength exercises at each appointment. I was discharged yesterday with a... plan of additional exercises to continue progress at home. Brian quickly assessed my original problem, worked me at each appointment as I made progress, and I am incredibly happy with the results and with ProPT. I'm pain free and stronger, and it's clear Brian and his staff know what they are doing in a very welcoming environment.read more

I had no idea PT could be so much fun. I've never been to any medical office where all the employees were so kind and always so happy to be there. I have been in pain for 20 years and it wasn't until I met Brian that I learned I didn't have to be in pain. He has taught me so much and his... compassion has helped me get through the tough days with my pain. I recommend the Harwich office to everyone I talk to because being there is like being with friends every time you walk in.read more

High quality care made fun! I would have previously argued that there is no good part of having an injury or pain but my work at Professional PT in Harwich might have changed my mind. Somehow, it was fun! After breaking my foot, everything felt hard. Professional PT provided compassionate care that... had the perfect amount of humor. Brian and his team very clearly have an extensive knowledge base and an obvious commitment to doing what is best for the people they work with. From their sensitivity to the impact of pain/injury on mental health to their willingness to listen to feedback on the plan of care, I couldn’t recommend them more. I couldn’t believe I was sad to be done!read more

Professional Physical Therapy is not only the best physical therapy practice I've ever been to, it's also just a great facility in any context. The team there needs to be commended for their patience, empathy, and expertise. I went into PT with them in such a bad state that I was unable to do very... much at all, but they patiently worked with me to improve my situation until I felt much better. It's also worth mentioning that the team designs great routines for PT. I was very impressed with the workouts/tasks they gave me during my time there. If I ever find myself in need of PT again (and I probably will, since I'm prone to falling apart), I will absolutely go back here. I'd never look anywhere else.read more

Every staff member is highly professional, efficient and very pleasant! Emily is very clear in describing the issues I have and the treatment plan. I very much appreciate her understanding of my challenges.Brian, Emily, Jenn and Olivia make a great team. Plus, the office is bright with plenty of... windows.I highly recommend the team there to anyone in need of therapy.read more

This past summer I was experiencing chronic lower back pain and my doctor prescribed PT. I went to Professional PT and worked with Brian and he was able to help me so that my quality of life was significantly improved.I like to play golf and Brian was able to incorporate training and exercises... that were somewhat golf specific and allowed me to play pain free golf.By following his recommendations for ongoing exercises at home I have been able to avoid the back pain that I had been having.Brian listens well and addresses any questions or concerns you have in a very easy to understand way.I also want to thank Brian’s summer intern, Hannah for her expertise and support during my treatment and Olivia for coordinating my occasionally changing appointment schedule during their busy summer season.read more

Bio

I first discovered Physical Therapy in high school when I sustained a minor shoulder injury from pitching on a couple different teams. I loved the science and the interaction behind my rehab and went on to pursue a career in helping people. While at Northeastern, one of my co-ops placed me with ProEx Physical Therapy (now Professional Physical Therapy), when I learned the value of providing evidence-based, people focused care. The relationships I saw develop by meeting the person where they were resonated with me. I eventually was hired by ProEx (now Professional) and completed a Fellowship of Manual Therapy, and gained the status of full Fellow in the Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. My patients now benefit from the skills and knowledge I gained to rehab my patients. I am proud that I work with the same company that I found while in grad school, and the opportunities that I have had to grow my knowledge and career.
