Matt, Ian, Nick, Lauren and the whole rest of the ProEx teams are world class professionals. Spent about 5 months in pt for an ACL reconstruction and they were well educated and informative through each phase of strengthening and conditioning during my recovery. This was extremely helpful to ease... my desire to push forward faster than was suitable while ensuring each phase brought new opportunities to further strengthen my knee through the proper movements and routines. Needless to say at the completion of my PT today I’m better off than I was before I originally tore my ACL. Thank guys for your expertise and witty banter during sessions! Hopefully won’t need to come back as a patient but wouldn’t mind anytime as a guest 😁read more
