Matthew at Professional Physical Therapy in Bradford has made my first experience with physical therapy a positive one. I have struggled with vertigo for the last 4 years off and on. I have had 2 appointments and have already made tremendous progress. Because this is my first physical therapy... experience, I was not only uneasy but a little skeptical. Matthew took the time to understand what I have been struggling with. He was not only kind and patient but very positive and enthusiastic on what my progress could be. Matthew is extremely knowledgable and skilled in therapy. With vertigo, I was apprehensive, but Matthew makes sure that I feel comfortable and safe. I am very grateful to Matthew and Professional Physical Therapy for guiding me on my road to recovery. Before I went to physical therapy with Matthew at Professional Physical Therapy I thought I needed to live with my vertigo, now after only 2 visits, I am already well on my way to getting better. Thank you again! If you have any misgivings about your physical therapy experience, I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy in Bradford.read more

I can’t say enough about Professional Physical Therapy in Haverhill. My son tore his ACL in August 2020 playing soccer. Immediately after meeting Pete, Jeff, and Ian, we knew we found the best place around. The care my son received was top notch. This team is professional and personal and provide... the best care for their patients.Unfortunately in September 2021, my son retore his ACL graft playing soccer. As much as we didn’t want to go through this process, we knew who to call. The team pre-habbed him for his surgery in December 2021. We are happy to be back at Professional Physical Therapy to rehab and be stronger than before.read more

This was my second set of visits. The first was chosen by proximity. Then, I found the staff to be friendly, flexible, competent, and knowledgable. ... luck of the draw. Thus, I called on them again (at least a year or two later). I was pleased to find that they worked as well as last time. ... as... if picking up from where I left off.read more

The best physical therapy place I've been too over the years. The team at professional physical therapy helps me feel heard with my goals but also having an understanding of pacing myself so that I become stronger and not injure my back again. They've really helped me feel like my back pain will... not control my life and that there is hope at the end of the tunnel. They are a laid back group and I immediately felt welcomed the moment I walked into the door. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!read more

This is my third independent Physical Therapy location. The first was referred by my PCP, and it was a joke. The second caused me more damage than I had. This one was referred to me by an phenomenal orthopaedic surgeon. Professional Physical Therapy is definitely way above the others. Different... therapy exercises, high consideration for your comfort, and super effective. I can't say enough good things about their team!read more

I've been through therapy a few times over the years and the staff at Professional are the best. Lauren who took care of me is amazing not just with me but watching her interact with other patients young and old that is something you don't learn in school.
Francine Traiger P.
Truly caring people who listen. My therapist worked with me, not only to help me recover full use of a badly broken ankle, but to get me back to doing activities important to me. I would recommend these folks to anyone.
Dermoth B.
Jeff and Pete are a great team and explain things so I can understand what part of the body the exercise is helping with. They are very patient and understanding. The office is very clean and the front desk person Samantha is very nice and professional. I feel so relaxed being there. Thank you guys... for the wonderful experience !! Kathyread more
