Tore my ACL and meniscus. Mike has been awesome at creating my PT plan and every week I see a bit of progress and it feels great. Mike always adds something knew so I don't ever feel stuck at an exercise. He knows I have goals and he's actively watching and learning from my restrictions to see what... best course to do so I can keep moving with my progress towards my goal.I do about 3-5 exercises, they massage the knee and the knee is iced before and after exercises.It's a clean facility, bathroom included. The doors are not accessible so it's always difficult getting in or out with crutches or wheelchairs and staff members are always rushing to open the door for me. I hope they update this, given that their patients have mobility issues.Parking: you can either pay for the ones on the side or park free in the parking lot.Insurance: they accept a few including Medicare.Appointment: they usually have from 7AM to 7PM.There's 2-3 therapists on rotation and an aid. There are at minimum 1-3 other patients at all times.Note: they're kinda understaffed right now and I just suggest patience and understanding if they're not able to assist right away.read moreKu C.

I had hand therapy initially with Grace and then Rich. Both therapists were pleasant and very professional. Upon arrival my temperature was checked each time before I went to the hand therapy area.
