Over the years, I have come to the Bronx professional physical therapy for various body parts after my many surgeries or at recommendations of my doctors for physical therapy.Meredith and her team of therapist are the best I have ever dealt with. They listen carefully to you when you describe... your physical issues and addresses them with a customized plan created for each person that walks through the door. The staff and assistants are friendly and extremely helpful.Meredith and her staff are so knowledgeable that if your customized exercise is too much or difficult for you to complete; they know the body so well, they can prescribe an alternate exercise that accomplishes the same thing but not too strenuous for your body. Don't think that you won't be able to do the original exercise they gave you in the beginning, they will give it to you again once they have strengthen your body part.Professional physical therapy is a well-rounded program. I'm having physical therapy for my shoulder -rotator cuff problem and impingement syndrome. When I started, my range of motion was very restricted and the pain on motion was severe and constant.Since coming here and seeing PT Katrina Corpuz, my pain has reduced, is not all encompassing and I am... able to use my arm in more ranges.Kat, as she is known,, is professional, knowledgeable, and an awesome therapist.
