Huge thank you to Mike, Tony and team at Professional PT in Leominster MA! After a total knee replacement, Mike started my first session the day after surgery, in my home and we progressed to completion in the Leominster facility. Mike monitored my progress closely, explaining the healing process... throughout. The facility is well stocked with various exercise tools to provide a variety of rehab methods, always wrapping up with a message and ice! The office staff is always friendly and does a great job of adjusting for flexibility with scheduling appointments. Overall, I owe a lot of credit to Professional PT team for my successful knee replacement! Thanks again!read more

The staff are super kind, helpful and knowledgeable! They made being tortured fun. No one actually wants to do the work (well we do cause we want to get better) and yet the staff here made doing the work as fun and as painless as possible. I have already recommended them to 3 friends! Hopefully I... won't need their services in the future- should I be in need though I will def come back!read more

I had a fall down a flight of stairs which resulted in a nonspecific shoulder injury. No broken bones or torn ligaments or tendons were diagnosed. It took a lot of time and patience to provide an effect therapy. The Staff was great to work with and kind enough to care about your comfort and... function. Under the direction of Michael Gamache they are a well tuned machine with great communication and technical skills. I hope I will not need their help again but if the occasion arises I would not consider going anywhere else. Thanks Mikeread more

Professional Physical Therapy is worthy of their name. The therapists I worked with are well educated, compassionate and always willing to explain techniques. I especially like the precautions and care they take around the COVID-19 virus threat. Their transparency policy, including disclosure of... secondary exposure is very reassuring. Although such disclosures might keep some patients away, they put the patients ahead of the bottom line.read more

I graduated from MCPHS in 2022 and just recently joined the Professional PT team in August of 2023! I had physical therapy when I was young, and again in college after breaking my foot in a soccer game. After I finished my own PT, I started working for the same clinic as a rehabilitation aide for 4 years prior to graduate school. Through my three years at MCPHS I gained an interest in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor PT. During my first few years of practicing I am going to be completing continuing education courses to get my certifications in pelvic floor PT. I like to incorporate functional training and deep breathing techniques with therapeutic exercise to deepen the mind body connection.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, working out, and spending time with my nieces and nephews.

I spent 8 years in the Marine Corps where I developed an interest in health and fitness. After being honorably discharged, I attended Texas Woman's University in Denton TX where I received my bachelor's in kinesiology. Following graduation I spent 3 years traveling the west coast until returning to MA in 2017. I then spent 2 years as a physical therapy aide at a sports medicine clinic and then attended my physical therapy program at MCPHS University in MA. I have been treating since June 2022. I enjoy treating orthopedic injuries with a split focus on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. I've been in the customer service industry since I was old enough to work. I love working with people and strongly believe in the value of a healthy therapist-client relationship. When I'm not working I enjoy doing Crossfit and spending time outdoors with my dog Luna.
