Hear From Our Patients

Christine F.
All of the the hand therapists and the receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable about their profession. However, Nancy Marder is exceptional because during each visit she has a mental checklist of things she routinely does. For example: 1. adjusts all the splints and make them more effective ... 2. adjusts the Hand Exerciser 3.engages me in a brief review of each exercise to make sure I'm doing them correctly 4. stretches and bends fingers 5. engages me in hand activities6. adds new splints and exercises with a thorough explanation and adequate time to practice before the end of the session. So far I'm happy with my progress. Thank you everyone!read more

I have arthritis in both knees and I was referred here. The place is immaculate, the therapists are amazing. I have had only two sessions and can feel a difference. I highly recommend this place

In a few visits I already started to feel better. It is always clean with staff ready to answer any of your questions.Making an appointment is super easy too and all the... PT’s are always happy to work with your schedules.I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy in Long Beach!read more

I've been to a few different PT facilities before and this one is creme de la creme ! Very knowledgeable/attentive therapists, place is very clean, & ProPT does a great job of keeping a respectable patient : therapist ratio. Solid place to rehab.
Lori M.

Long Beach NY should be super happy we have this Physical Therapy place right in town!!! I had back surgery and with help that got me back up and ready to bike again on the boardwalk…..Place is big enough to have exercises to get you back to normal but small enough that everyone knows your name... and the Therapists help each other to benefit you!!!Sad as I am all better as it was my “little personal gym”!Will miss you all and please say hi when we see each other on the boardwalk!Roniread more

Very friendly and helpful environment. Everyone in the long beach team is highly skilled and knowledgeable I would assume the same for the other locations. Scheduling was easy and no matter how many people were in getting treated it always felt like you were their top priority.Lou, Ellior and... company are the best! I went there for my knee pains that I've had for the longest time. They fixed me up so good I started doing other activities I normally wouldn't be doing and of course I get into a bad ankle injury which thankfully they helped me out of as well. My life changed drastically thanks to them.read more

I had a wonderful experience using Professional PT in the Long Beach location. They are patient, kind abs gentle. I unfortunately tore my meniscus on my left leg last spring and had to rehab. The exercises they gave me were helpful and I was able to go to the gym on my own and get stronger.... Unfortunately my right knee gave out & I had to have a full knee replacement in August of 2021. It has been a long journey but with exercise , massage, treatments, I am recovering and healing. It’s been four months. I finished PT and I am working on incorporating everything they taught me on my own at the gym. I like that the exercises they offer you, make it easy enough to be independent & do these things at a gym or equipment at home.read more

When I first came to check out this facility, I was greeted by Charmaine.I was impressed with how clean it was kept. After every patient the tables and equipment are wiped down. The staff is personable and they made me feel very welcome. The physical therapists, Bridget, Liat and Lou are very... knowledgeable. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehabilitation services.read more

I was referred to this group in October of 2021 after fracturing my ankle. Since that time under the exceptional care of my physiotherapist Bridget Kiernan I have fully recovered my mobility and am currently building my balance and strengthening my leg muscles. Bridget has been remarkable in her... knowledge, wisdom and especially, her motivation powers in encouraging me and and all her other patients. The facility is well stocked with equipment and competent physiotherapists. Their training takes 5 years and all have a Doctorate. This but one of the reasons for my rating of 5 ⭐️read more

I have been a patient since 2019 for various injuries. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The therapist are very professional and knowledgeable. I have been mostly working with Liat, who always makes sure I keep up with my exercises. She has helped me with managing my back pains... with additional stretches. My work schedule changes a lot very last minute and the therapist has been very understanding and accommodating so I wouldn’t miss my sessions.read more

Great atmosphere and clinic! If your looking for a pediatric PT in the area Tiffany is your girl!
