As a graduate of Cornell University, Dr. Cooper started his career in health and fitness in 1998 as a personal trainer and group fitness
instructor for New York City's top health clubs. His classes were featured in The Wall Street Journal, The NY Sun, and The Chicago
Tribune. ABC news anchorman Bill Ritter called his proprietary Eastern Sculpt class "The hottest exercise in the country."

In 2005 Dr. Cooper created and directed New York's first Holistic Fitness Center. Then in 2008 he moved to California to pursue his
Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After graduating with honors Dr. Cooper returned to the east coast and started MOMENT Physical
Therapy, a private orthopedic clinic in Madison NJ.

Dr. Cooper has been a Clinical Instructor for the Osteopathic Manual Therapy Fellowship at Morristown Hospital, and for Seton Hall
University’s and Rutgers University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy programs. He is also an international continuing education
provider for physical therapists, massage therapists and personal trainers.

Dr. Cooper is a father, a husband, a black belt martial artist, and aspires to one day ‘live in a van down by the river.’
