Pete who runs the clinic is amazing. He works very well with helping you recover to your full potential. He cares about your injury and wants to give you the best treatment. I had a wonderful experience working with him. If I ever needed something I would go back!
I just want to say Pete is a great professional and very well respectful when it comes to dealing with clients. He’s very knowledgeable and his expertise in caring for his clients needs and progress is second to none. The whole staff @ PT Professional in Medford are great people and most definitely... people who care about the well being of their clients. I went to Pete for Knee rehab after ACL reconstruction surgery and I couldn’t thank him enough for the sessions and progress throughout his program . I would recommend anyone to Pete and his clinic for anyone who needs physical therapy . Thank You Pete and I’m very appreciative. God Blessread more

Pete is the BEST!!! Fixed up my rotator cuff super quick. The full team is very friendly and does a great job explaining the exercises and their purpose. Pete also provided me with resistance bands for at-home PT practice. He loves what he does, and you can feel that energy! Will definitely be... returning if I ever need PT again. Recommend to anyone who needs PT!read more

I tore my Achilles and had an operative repair - I started with Cassie right from the start and have had the most wonderful experience! She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the most recent data and techniques in the PT world. She has boundless energy and is just a delight to talk with... through therapy. She makes PT as enjoyable as it could possibly be! I highly recommend her!read more

Cassie worked with me on my hip that had been causing me a lot of pain for over a year. She was professional, personable, and had me feeling great in a short amount of time. She was never rushed, took her time, listened to all my questions, and encouraged me. It was honestly the best experience! If... I ever have any future issues, I will definitely seek her out to work with her more

I had an awesome experience at Professional Physical Therapy. I got to work with Cassie who was so incredibly helpful in helping me heal the tendinitis in my knees while training for a marathon. She answered my many questions and really understood/respected the balance of resting & cross training,... while also needing to train for longer distances all while trying to heal.Cassie was so fun and personable to chat with during my sessions, somehow making the sessions enjoyable. I will truly miss my time there in Medford! They have such a fun and knowledgeable staff that function together as a team seamlessly and root for you the whole way. I can confidently say I would not have been able to accomplish my life-long dream of running the Boston marathon without Cassie’s help!read more

Pete and his team are fantastic- knowledgeable and supportive, but also just really nice folks to work with. I sought out treatment after some intense upper back and neck pain and started feeling better fairly quickly after starting my work with Pete; I also saw great improvement in my TMJ! Pete... has some extra training and expertise in upper-cervical issues and I would highly recommend him, especially for neck, jaw, and upper back more

Pete and his team are phenomenal therapists but most importantly are completely genuine people. It was a long 10 week rehabilitation to fix my broken shoulder but I’m happy to say I’m 100% healed with a full range of motion thanks to Pete. Excellent service, always reliable, always available. What... more could you ask in a PT? If I ever get the slightest of injuries, I know where I’m going!read more

Pete is phenomenal! My PCP had a super long wait for PT, Pete got me in next day. The clinic gives you a personalized experience, and top quality care. I can feel and see the progress already.

Pete runs his business well. You’ll learn lots of great stretches, while also enjoying table time for massage and manipulation. It’s all done with positivity and inclusion. Everyone is part of the family. I appreciate the ease of the Medford location. Free parking and bike rack right by the door.... You’ll work with Pete as well as the interns. It’s good to have multiple perspectives. 5 stars!read more

I can’t say enough about Professional Physical Therapy on Boston Ave in Medford. This is probably the 4 th time I’ve received PT but it is decidedly the best. The location is great, parking is easy, the PT space is beautiful with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It has a very calm and... inviting vibe. The staff is knowledgeable, skilled and attentive, they have been very welcoming when I arrive for my appointment..I was in a good deal of pain from a fractured pelvis when I started PT and after a few visits I have less pain and am able to assume more of my regular activities. I was listened by Pete , Nicole and Katie to and received clear instructions for home exercises and general activity.I have never felt like I looked forward to my PT appointments but I do now. I highly recommend this more
