I just completed the physical therapy part of my healing from a car accident in May 2024. I had broken my radius and ulnar bones in several places and subsequently developed a very rare condition called CRPS. My entire shoulder, arm, wrist and hand had pretty much frozen. Max at PPT understood... my condition and helped me to regain the movement in my shoulder. As CRPS causes severe nerve pain, he was able to modify my exercises to not exacerbate the nerve pain, and still help to release my shoulder. Everyone at PPT was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and guided me through a series of stretches and exercises designed to address the inflammation and pain pertaining to the nerves in my lower back. It has been 8 weeks with Owen and I am now jogging on the treadmill, doing squats with weights, and leg pressing close to 300lb. While all their physical therapists are great, in particular, Sarah Peters is absolutely beyond exceptional. For someone newer to the field, her wisdom and knowledge in the field is well beyond her years. About a year and a half ago I was in a pretty bad accident. Almost 40 and I’ve never broken a bone or had any serious injuries. I was in the hospital for quite some time and to be honest, I wasn’t even sure I was going to make it out. I was so fortunate find Professional Physical Therapy right by... my house. From the moment my husband helped me in I felt an instant warmth and welcoming feeling. The entire staff is beyond amazing! I have been fortunate to work with most of the therapists (when mine finally takes a well deserved break and vacation which is rare, he’s a work horse and cares about this office so much) and each one is truly incredible. I may be favoriting here by my personal therapist is without a doubt one of the main reasons I am still here today. I have had and continue to have very dark days and he is always there to lift my spirits up, he gets my humor and can always make me smile. Always motivating and caring. I know it’s his job but he truly makes me feel like I can do anything. The entire staff is extremely motivating and involved with each patient that walks through the door. My therapist along with his team have helped me get to where I am today, I know I have a decent amount of path ahead of me but I know with his support I will be able to do this. I cannot recommend this office enough. From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the front staff (which I ADORE!) to the moment you leave, everyone is interactive and attentive. The office is immaculate! I personally appreciate this being a germaphobe. They really love what they do and work their a$$es off every day that they are there. They remained open during the pandemic and worked day in and day out with minimum staff (following all COVID guidelines) to make sure that their patients were getting the proper treatment that they needed, even offering virtual sessions. It is very relieving to see people happy to be working these days. I was so nervous going in because I’ve heard horror stories of PT offices but like I said earlier, whether they are aware or not, they have helped me to keep going in more ways than they could ever imagine. I’d give my therapist a kidney or help him hide a body if he needed (just kidding about hiding the body). I instantly felt like family walking in here, between the genuine care and support that they give, the motivation and the continuing to push forward… they won’t let me quit or any of their patients.
