Having worked with Jackie Baldini for at least three different PT needs over the past several years, PPT has been one of my most satisfying healthcare patient experiences ever. She is very knowledgeable and is dedicated to delivering the newest PT technology and thinking to her patients—a... consummate professional. As clinical director of the Millburn office, she and her outstanding colleagues work extremely well together and have created a great culture of caring and quality health care within an excellent PT services delivery model.read more

I have come to PPT various days, hours and physical therapist. I find your location and environment welcoming. So far I have not have any real negative vibes. But there are a few I would put on top of the list for excellence (professional, engaging with patient, attentive and notice the real need... of injuries). That would be Nicole, Brian, Matthew and the young assistant that work on Saturdays (oh and someone I think name Lauren. I had her once but she was great at her job!!!read more

Jackie was terrific. She was always incredibly thorough and not rushed but somehow managed to have me fully work my shoulder and stay on time. And she went way above and beyond sending me emails with the home exercises. No doubt it is because of her that I am back on the tennis court and golf... course so quicklyread more

This is my second experience with PPT. Each time I was treated by Brian he is an amazing physical therapist . The first time was for a fractured knee cap. It was excruciating until Brian started to work with me. He worked a miracle. Now it is perfect. I have no residual pain . The second time I... came was for a broken femur for which I had a rod put into my femur. I thought I would never get back to normal. I think I was wrong. While we are still working on it, my improvement to date has been nothing but remarkable. I have very hope that soon I will be pain free and back to my normal activities.Thank you Brianread more

I'm a 8 year returning patient of Jaclyn Baldini. She Is by far the best therapist that Professional physical therapy can ever have. She is so good at what she does. I thank God for her each and every day.

I could not have had a better experience with Professional PT! I saw miracle worker/guardian angel Jaclyn Baldini for about 4 months, going once a week, to deal with chronic hip and lower back pain. The first time I met with Jackie she spent a long time just asking questions and listening, before... theorizing that my hip area had gotten out of whack due to core weakness after the birth of my second (giant) baby. For months she taught me targeted exercises and also helped me establish a realistic at-home routine after I went back to work full time as a teacher.Jackie is the *consummate professional* and is clearly adored by all of her patients. She is incredibly smart and intuitive. She treats her patients with great respect, explaining every aspect of their treatment in detail so they can feel knowledgeable and empowered. She’s kind and empathic but also no-nonsense. She’ll chat if that’s your vibe but also knows how to create quiet space for healing. I genuinely looked forward to seeing her each week because of her warm, good humor and healing touch.I’m relieved to say that she cured me of chronic pain I had resigned myself to living with for the indefinite future. And while I worked exclusively with Jackie for the time I went to Professional PT, I also had a lovely experience in the office as a whole, where all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.read more

This is a terrific place. I worked mostly with one of the therapists but occasionally made use of others. They are knowledgeable, consistent, and really give personalized attention.

Very professional. Amy is the BEST!

Professional physical therapy is very well organized. For example when your own PT is off that day, the sub PT is made aware of your current therapy program. My personal PT Lauren is awesome, striving to get me to finish line with my recovery. Even the assistant PTs like Carl, and the rest always... consider every patients needs. Bravo PROFESSIONAL PT!read more

I just finished my second course of PT at PPT for different issues. If I'm unlucky enough to need a third I'll be glad to go there again.

This is a great place to seek help. There is a caring staff ready to assist your needs!

The office itself is highly organized and responsive to questions. All of the therapists were excellent, but I worked the most with Amy Walsh. She was great; she created a home study program for me that has been most helpful.

My experience with Professional Physical Therapy has been fantastic since I have been going there. A few people told me that pt was gonna be hard and painful. This is far from the truth. The workers are all very professional, nice and they care about you. My therapist Jaclyn is very attentive,... kind and makes sure I am comfortable with the exercises that she sees fit for me. Jaclyn has also made sure that I continue with therapy on the days that I don't have to go in, she emailed me the exercises to do at home. I am going to recommend Professional Physical Therapy to everyone I know that has to go to therapy.read more

I have found them to be meticulous in their adherence to safety issues regarding COVID-19, and the two therapists I’ve had, Lauren and Kevin, have been great to work with. They answer any questions knowledgeably and are gentle but thorough in massaging and stretching my muscles in order to get the... progress I desire. I had previously had therapy in the River Edge location following hip replacement surgery two years ago, and was so pleased with their services that I looked for another location near me now that I have moved. I have not been disappointed and would highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy to anyone needing them.read more

Lauren Buchsbaum has been a licensed Physical Therapist for 17 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from the University of Michigan and then went on to get her Masters in Physical Therapy from Hunter College after having many great experiences volunteering in numerous physical therapy clinics while in undergrad. Lauren has worked in a variety of orthopedic settings including hospital based and outpatient. She has realized over the years that you can’ just treat the “one” body part that is painful. She has learned that you must treat the patient as a whole and diagnose the root cause of injury or dysfunction. Lauren is passionate regarding Women’s Health issues and has completed multiple Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor/Woman’s health courses. She treats pelvic floor conditions, sacral, low back and hip pain as well as urinary, incontinence and pre/peri & post-partum conditions. Lauren is a Mom to 3 extremely adorable and active kids and this also helps her relate to her prenatal and postnatal clients. She has experience in treating diastis recti and trained in the Tulper Technique. Lauren enjoys jogging, yoga and HIIIT based training as well as staying active with her three children. Lauren is excited to share her knowledge and help her clients.
