Amazing team. Tore my left bicep in August 2023 and searched all over for a good therapy place. Eileen, Alexis and Camille have been great. My recovery is doing great and I'm almost halfway back to where I was. A lot of these places normally don’t care, but this team is the best!

Len and Anthony are both so professional and make sure to spend a lot of quality time with me during my sessions, and catered my sessions based on my symptoms. April was very helpful with contacting my insurance company and facilitating more... visits quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely return here and refer more

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to every team member in this physical therapy facility. Special words of gratitude to Diana Ramotowski. My hand was after old trauma (muscle tear), 2 year of total inactivity and surgery - that's when I was seen by Diana. After months of almost unsuccessful attempts to... recover hand function she admitted that my case is one of most complex for all her 16yr career. Despite this she did not gave up on me and continued to believe in the positive result even after my own faith shake. The process of recovery required maximum strength and knowledge. Both from her as my doctor and from me as a patient. When the "normal" grades should be on green stage mine were still in red zone. 2 months of hell. I remember silent tears running my face when I was keep doing the exercises trying to move the hand an inch more than previous week. We started to see real results after 2,5-3 month of work. Now, 2 years later, I am fully back to sport.Below is photo of the hand before the surgery and around 6 month after surgery and therapy with Diana.Diana, if you read this - there are no such words that will be enough to describe my gratitude for how much you helped more

This is the second time that I have had PT at Professional. This time, again, the therapy has quickly helped with reducing my back problem. Also, the PT sessions are well planned, appropriately varied, and enjoyable to take part in. My current therapist, Efe Osemeha, guides the therapy well,... clearly and in a very friendly manner. I recommend Professional more

The staff is insightful, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. If needed, I would go back for more physical therapy.

Dr Diana Ramotowski is the best- she is always monitoring that the exercises are done correctly- her wealth of knowledge is profound!! When it is time for her to work on the affected area (massage, stretching) , she works wonders!!! It really helps !!Larissa at the front desk is always helpful with... a smile and her friendliness is second to none! In our area-something you can not take for granted !!I highly recommend this Physical Therapy facility!!!read more

This really is an amazing facility. Diana and her team are incredible. The team here is extremely warm and welcoming - they really take the time to get to know you. More importantly though, they are really good at what they do. I tore my achillies tendon and I already feel ahead of schedule. Carissa grew up as an athlete playing basketball and volleyball. During her junior year of high school she injured her wrist while playing volleyball and required Occupational Therapy (OT). She became interested in the field of OT at this time, and began volunteering at her local hospital's Child Development Center to learn more about the profession. This experience solidified Carissa's interest in OT as she saw the impact that the profession had on other's abilities to participate in their valued daily activities and occupations. Carissa attended Sacred Heart University (SHU) for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. While at SHU, Carissa was involved in the Women's Club Volleyball Team, Student Ambassador program, Residential Life, Chi Omega Sorority, Pi Theta Epsilon OT Honor Society, Coalition of OT Advocates for Diversity, and was a Graduate Assistant as well as President of the Student Occupational Therapy Association. Her Level II Fieldwork rotation in outpatient hand therapy contributed to Carissa's passion for a professional focus on hand/upper extremity therapy. Hands are used to express, communicate, and do the things we need and love to do. Carissa has aspirations to become a CHT and continue to positively impact the lives of others within the hand/upper extremity field. In her free time, Carissa enjoys running/exercising, reading, and traveling.
