My career as a PT started when I had the chance to volunteer at an outpatient clinic in high school. I enjoyed being around new people, learning about their lives, and seeing them reach their goals. It seemed like I knew almost immediately that being a PT was what I wanted to do. From there I pursued my degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and have been working as a PT ever since.

Growing up running track to running my first marathon and then playing soccer through college, I have suffered countless injuries that have landed me in many different training rooms and outpatient PT clinics. The respect and gratitude I have for those trainers and therapists who have helped me rehabilitate my injuries led me to pursue a career in physical therapy. I strive to help my patients regain their full functional potential in order to get back to performing the activities they enjoy. I like working with people of all ages and have a special interest in working with running and soccer athletes. In my free time outside of PT, I enjoy hiking, yoga, running, and playing soccer.
