As a three sport athlete through high school and then a division II Softball player, I always had a passion for athletics and the medical
profession. After undergoing Tommy John Surgery during my collegiate career and successfully rehabbing and returning to
competition the following season, Physical Therapy became a field I could see myself in, in hopes of helping my future patients
achieve their goals and return to their prior levels of function.

- Bachelor's Degree, Health Science, Quinnipiac University
- Physical Agent Modalities (PAMs) certified
- Basic Life Support (CPR & AED) certified
- Functional Mobilization of Soft Tissues certified
- Occupational Hand Therapy
I have always wanted to help people in a healthcare setting, and after seeing how much therapy helped my family and friends I knew I had found my calling. I volunteered at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ and fell in love with the practice of occupational therapy. I attended Quinnipiac University’s entry-level program in order to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. For my graduate capstone, I researched the efficacy of telehealth hand therapy at the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic and surveyed the patients and clinicians that worked together during this challenging time. Following full-time clinical fieldworks in spinal cord injury rehabilitation, community mental health, and outpatient hand therapy, I became licensed by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Prior to my time with Professional Hand Therapy, I treated occupational therapy patients in an outpatient setting, and I am now on my path to become a Certified Hand Therapist.
