Ultimately I need knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus. But Stradhala modified my routines to work with what my knee gave her, so to speak. The ability to pivot from PT to avoid surgery TO PT to strengthen prior to surgery was important for my recovery.Only a few days after the surgery the... range in motion in my left knee has improved and the best part is I don’t need aspirin or any narcotics to deal with the pain, bc there is very little. Thankfully. That gives me confidence to work a little harder on the PT so I can recover quickly.Excellent team of Stradhalla and Hector. They don’t mess around and want to give you the lessons that will help you recover.read more

I came in Spring 2025 and then again in the Fall for related injuries. They have been doing a great job! You can’t go wrong with any of the therapist at this location. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended to friendsbefore.

I can’t say enough good things about Haley and the care she provided during my ACL rehab. From day one, it was clear that she was extremely prepared for every session. She always had a thoughtful plan in place and was able to adjust exercises as needed based on how I was feeling or progressing that... day. What really set Haley apart was how much she genuinely cared. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood not just what we were doing, but why we were doing it, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. She paid close attention to details, celebrated progress, and never rushed a session.ACL rehab can be physically and mentally challenging, but Haley made the entire experience manageable and motivating. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication played a huge role in my recovery, and I’m incredibly grateful for her support. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist who truly invests in their patients’ success.read more

Haley is an excellent physical therapist. I’ve had the bad luck to need PT a few times these last few years but I’ve been very lucky to have her help get through each injury. She does a very thorough assessment at the outset and then creates and monitors a program that addresses how to improve the... injury. She’s really interested in how the body works and loves to explain all the different parts that you’re working on. She’s also very encouraging when you get frustrated at your slow progress in the beginning. The location is very spacious, clean and the equipment is in good shape. The other therapists who have covered for Haley are also very good. The assistants and receptionist also are very nice and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this particular StarPro location.read more

I’ve had several injuries over the years and have been to multiple physical therapy clinics, but the Star Pro location on 76th Street is by far my favorite. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. My therapist, Haley, is the best physical therapist I’ve ever worked with.... Haley consistently takes the time to listen, clearly explains what’s happening, and tailors treatment based on how my body responds. She looks at the whole picture and understands how pain in one area can affect other parts of the body. She also brings a great sense of humor to sessions, and we’re able to joke and laugh, which makes a difficult healing process feel a lot easier.I’ve returned to this clinic multiple times because I trust Haley completely. Whenever I’m injured, I know I’m in good hands and will heal in a supportive and effective environment.read more

My first experience of PT has been great at StarPro! I was nervous before coming, and put it off getting help for my lower back pain for a long time, but literally the first day, Ari suggested an exercise that made an immediate difference, and has been so helpful, thoughtful, and supportive ever... since, as I work to get back to 100%. I recommend StarPro W76 (especially Ari and Hector) to everyone who needs it!read more

Haley and the whole team are a pleasure to work with. Very thorough in their process, supportive and responsive. In addition to making progress in recovering from my injury, I learned so much about how to take better care of my body.

Due to a lifetime of physical neglect my body has required PT for some ailment or other for most of the past decade. I spent a year working with the team at W 76th St for issues with my back and my knee. Over this time I was fortunate to work with just about every member of the team including... Hector, Shraddhali, Haley & Ari. This group has been the most effective and supportive set of PTs I've worked with, balancing progress & risk, constantly adapting to my new aches and pains, and steadily guiding me back to a place free from injuryread more

Haley, Hector and the team here are best in class. They have created a warm, inclusive environment where I not only physically improved a ton, but also enjoyed spending time each week. As great of PTs they are, the real defining characteristic is how much they care for their patients and their... continued desire to learn and become better alongside everyone who walks through the doors.read more

I have been going to 2162 Broadway location for my PT therapy for 2 months. Haley is a miracle worker. She is the most knowledgeable and skillful professional who is able to provide and explain every step of the therapeutic modalities. Haley is very enthusiastic about her profession and am very... excited to go to the sessions because I get to learn about the thumb anatomy while I am working on strengthening my thumb muscles and ways to relieve pain.Haley used various pt modalities to strengthen my hand muscles and alleviate pain. I am forever grateful to her.The office receptionist, Shyanne, is incredibly nice , efficient and personal.read more

I have found my experience with my Physical Therapist, Ms. Arepheh Salami to be very positive, and she has helped me to get back on the road to normalcy regarding my shoulder issue. She is very friendly, warm, and professional. I came to StarPro for a torn meniscus of my right knee. Arephen Salami has been my physical therapist. She is phenomenal! She has a warm and welcoming personality that put me at ease. I came to StarPro at 76th Street recovering from a break in my femur bone and previous balance issues, very insecure about my mobility. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by helpful and knowledgeable people. My therapist Haley is wonderful. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about... the human physique and works with each individual patient helping them fulfill their potential in their treatment plans with good humor and compassion. I highly recommend this physical therapy office.read more

Ari is awesome. She not only does she know what she is doing, but she does it with care. I highly recommend her!

After knee surgery I rehabbed at StarPro. Arepheh Salami (Ari) was my therapist. She is fantastic. Perhaps her strongest suit was she listened attentively to me when I told her what was going on with me and questioned me thoroughly to make sure she understood what I was trying to convey. Listening... is a lost art in today's medical community. Once she understood she used her vast knowledge to address my situation. As my therapy progressed she tailored my treatment accordingly. I was very happy to have found her and will recommend her to anyone who needs PT.read more

I had the pleasure of working with Harshal Bhatt. He knows his craft inside out and I highly recommend him.
Atara B.
This is an extremely well-run and efficient place. The receptionist is friendly and competent and gets back to you. In contrast to other PT places with which I am familiar, here, the physical therapist gives you undivided attention and spends a significant amount of time on the manual part of the... treatment; in other places, the therapist’s attention was divided usually among 1 to 2 other people and the manual part of the treatment was a rushed five minutes or so. I also wanted to acknowledge the outstanding work of Arapheh Salami - aka Ari, a terrific PT. She works you hard, and constantly adapts the treatment based on whatever you are reporting symptom wise that day; she’s updating and always thinking about the best interventions, whether ultrasound, manual manipulations, stretches, or the usual array of PT exercises for the specific problem. She is great at targeting specific problem areas, in my case, I had some muscle bundles/knots in the shoulder area which she kneaded through and they are rapidly remitting She is also tenacious in thinking about how to resolve the particular issue, has endless patience for questions. She follows up also during the week with links to additional exercises and monitoring the client’s progress; she spends a solid hour with the client each session and does not cut corners. She really knows her stuff and I can’t recommend her highly enough! FIVE STARS!read more

Haley Rosenwald at Star pro Physical Therapy on 76th & Broadway is an amazing therapist..she listens and asks the questions needed to treat the reason you are at PT. I went to her less than 3 weeks ago not able to move my head, sore joints and severe headaches…she has improved my quality of life... and I am progressing steadily. I highly recommend Haley if you’re looking for a highly skilled therapist with a sense of humor ….and the therapy place is light and spaciousread more

I spent four months working through two injuries with Haley at Professional PT this year. Haley’s care has been professional, kind, and highly effective. Because of her attention, I was able to make serious progress towards recovery and run the NYC Marathon just two months after a tendonitis... diagnosis. During the four months I spent working with Haley, she carefully tailored my therapy based on my needs, upcoming workouts, and the status of my injuries. It’s clear to me that she’s passionate about her practice and patients. The clinic is clean, easy to get to via public transit, and full of friendly staff. I highly recommend Premier Physical Therapy (upper west side). Carly Jacobson did an incredible job of treating my back. With Carly, I made rapid progress both physically and mentally in terms of how I managed my back pain. I have now recovered my full range of motion and am able to return to my normal activities. Bio

From a young age, I have always been passionate about healthcare and committed to helping others improve their quality of life. I wanted to contribute to the well-being of society, which led me to pursue a career in physical therapy, a field that I found to be both incredibly rewarding and impactful. After completing my bachelor's and master's degrees in physical therapy, I dedicated myself to continuing education to expand my knowledge and skills. Driven by a desire to further enhance my expertise, I chose to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, allowing me to take my career to the next level. With over seven years of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of working hands-on with patients, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation and, more recently, pelvic floor therapy. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of musculoskeletal issues and their impact on patients’ functional mobility, as well as the specialized care needed for pelvic floor dysfunction. In addition to my professional training in physical therapy, I have always had a strong personal interest in exercise and wellness. This passion led me to become a certified yoga instructor, and I have integrated yoga-based techniques into my physical therapy practice to help patients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall healing. Today, my primary focus is on treating orthopedic and pelvic floor therapy patients. My diverse background in physical therapy, combined with my yoga training, allows me to provide a holistic approach to rehabilitation, helping my patients achieve their full potential and return to optimal health.
