Peter and Nahuel at West 76th are the best physical therapists I've ever seen. Peter's encyclopedic knowledge of the human body and keen attention to detail helped me rehabilitate a rare foot injury, while Nahuel's optimism and reassurance maintained my spirits during a long recovery.I heartily... recommend Peter, Nahuel, and the rest of the West 76th staff to anyone who has as much as stubbed their toe!read more

I work with Physical Therapist Tim Roy. He's surely top of the line. I've worked with him after several surgeries, and he has always been the best. i told him, the doctors may put in the parts, but he makes them work. I don't know what I would have done without his expertise and attention to... detail, and incredible disposition. A nicer, more knowledgeable and committed professional you won't find.read more

I highly recommend Premier Physical Therapy (upper west side). Carly Jacobson did an incredible job of treating my back. She was very knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully explain the mechanics of my injury, describe exactly what each exercise was targeted to achieve, and patiently answer... my many questions. She was always motivating and upbeat, and I really appreciated her enthusiasm, honesty, professionalism and positive attitude. With Carly, I made rapid progress both physically and mentally in terms of how I managed my back pain. I have now recovered my full range of motion and am able to return to my normal activities. More importantly, thanks to Carly, I have the knowledge and tools I need to keep strengthening my back for the rest of my life. The administrative staff at Premier are also really helpful, friendly and competent. In short this is the best overall experience I've had with physical therapy to date.read more

Bio

Haley grew up as an athlete playing tennis, softball, basketball, and lacrosse throughout her adolescence. After experiencing knee
pain, she attended physical therapy and was inspired to pursue physical therapy as her career. Haley attended the accelerated 3+3
DPT program at Ithaca College in upstate NY, completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022 and becoming a New York State
Licensed Physical Therapist after passing the National Physical Therapy Exam on the first attempt. She continued to play tennis on
the Club Tennis Team at Ithaca College in her undergraduate years. Haley has been observing how others wear out the soles of their shoes because of the different ways they walk since she was in preschool. She applies this and other gait analysis techniques in the clinic today to develop customized treatment plans to help
patients decrease pain and return to their typical movement patterns. Haley values a patient-centered approach with the
biopsychosocial model to address all physical, mental, social, and biological aspects of her patients’ pain.
Patient experiences as a physical therapy student include working with people with various musculoskeletal and neurological
diagnoses and working with children in outpatient orthopedic settings. She also gained experience at the Mount Sinai Hospital Inpatient
Spinal Cord Injury Unit. She is passionate about advocating for accessibility for both physical and mental disabilities.
In her free time, Haley likes to cross-stitch, try new restaurants, shop for sneakers, and take care of her plants.
