Brynne C is the best!!!! I started seeing her post surgery in September for a double wrist fracture ( one of the worst for sure) displaced radial fracture and acute avulsion fracture of the ulnar styloid process. It was tough. When I started having sessions with Brynne, week to week I progressed. I... admit, I got bored with the online physical therapy and didn't partake as much as I should have but, no worries! Brynne's sessions more than made up for it. Within 4 months I was not feeling any pain in my wrist. My finger stiffness was a side effect post surgery, she helped through tough sessions to get me back on track. Thanks to Brynne, her assistants and Maria at the front desk for being very organized to make the overall experience spectacular!! He is so knowledgeable, and really helped me understand exactly what happened to my shoulder before, during and after my surgery. He taught me that this may not be a quick road, but to have patience, and that if I work consistently, every week I will see an improvement. And he is right! Meera Bajaj, PT received her license to practice Physical Therapy from the State of New York in 2010 and from the State of New Jersey in 2015. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and has over nine years of experience in handling orthopedic, musculoskeletal and other sport related injuries. Her experience in this field is vast and has enabled her to achieve immense knowledge and expertise in providing comprehensive Physical Therapy care. Since joining Professional Physical Therapy, Meera has evaluated and treated a wide range of cases that include low back aches, cervical spondylitis, altered bio-mechanics of peripheral joints and post-operative joint replacements and rotator cuff injuries. She spends the time needed to discuss in detail the rehabilitation plans in order to help the patients achieve their functional goals. Meera is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and keeps herself abreast with the latest techniques for effective patient treatments by spending a significant amount of time dedicated to continuing education in the field of Physical Therapy. In her free time, she likes to do gardening, biking and explore local farmers market.

I pursued my bachelor’s and master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University, graduating with my M.S. Occupational Therapy in 2024. I have always had a passion for hand therapy, inspired by my own experiences in orthopedic rehabilitation. My clinical expertise includes fieldwork experiences in outpatient hand therapy with Professional Physical and Hand Therapy and inpatient rehabilitation. I am working towards my CHT certification to further enhance my skills and expertise in hand therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball, taking long walks with my dog, Ellie, and taking care of my plants!
