Stacy is great at listening, providing feedback and helpful tips, and responsive with questions I email her about. She is “hands on” which is often difficult to find with a PT. My treatments feel very customized.

I’ve been going to the Proffesional Physical Therapy office in Plymouth for about 5+ years now and there office has the most fantastic service. There receptionist, Debbi, is the most welcoming and kind person ever, she always greets me and her other patients with a smile and always asks how we are... doing. There are 2 people there who have worked with me since I was 11 years old, Stacy and Amanda, they are the most understanding and kind people. I’ve come in with loads of different injuries/ problems and they’ve been helping me improve and always giving me words of encouragement when things get challenging. They’ve treated me fantastically and made me feel like more then just a patient, I’m able to share my personal experiences and bond with the staff, having a positive and welcoming environment definitely helped with my recoveries. I would definitely recommend this office, 10/10.read more

My experience with Professional Physical Therapy was exemplary!I was primarily at the Plymouth, MA location, with a few detours to other locations in order to maintain my continuity with a particular therapist.Everyone in Plymouth is great...they were very flexible with scheduling; pleasant and... genuine in personal interactions; it was obvious that they really cared about your success and wanted to do the best they could for you!In my case, Seth was my PT. Very knowledgeable, personable, likable, and an excellent resource for information and guidance during my time there and now that I have graduated, has been very encouraging with my continued progress in the gym.Debbie, the receptionist, is the best!I give Professional Physical Therapy my highest personal recommendation, and would happily refer any friends, family or colleagues to them if the need arose! If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would! Keep up the good work!read more

Seth was absolutely terrific! He is knowledgeable, understanding and patient! Seth listens to understand and communicates clearly. He helped me understand the muscles in my shoulder and what we needed to do to resolve the issues. I highly recommend him and would go back any time I need PT.

My experience at PPT has been excellent. The staff are caring and committed. I worked a few months with Seth on a sore hip, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. The facility was extremely conscientious around COVID safeguards. As a Senior, I spent the last 6+ weeks working with... Seth on Zoom 2x/week to ensure my safety from COVID. At the end of my program - my hip was healed - no pain. I definitely recommend Professional Physical Therapy in Plymouth.read more

I am very pleased with my therapy here. Ahmed is very tuned in to his patients, gives everyone great individual treatment. He knows when to push hard and when to ease up during the healing process. I have had both balance issues and back problems - both are much improved. The atmosphere is... comfortable and friendly but also all business - business of healing.read more
