I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy in Port Jeff Station.Last spring I sustained a serious knee injury. I visited Vin and team at professional PT. Vin put together a progressive regimen of PT that got me back on my feet and eventually running, biking and playing sports again without... major surgery. 6-months post injury I was able to complete a triathlon and set a personal best race time. Also Janice was always friendly at the front counter, scheduling and billing was always a smooth and organized process.I cannot thank them enough!read more

Marielle is fantastic. I worked with her for several weeks while dealing with a running injury. I wasn't optimistic that I would be ready in time for my race, but Marielle got me to the starting line healthy. I am so happy with my progress and the attention that she put into my recovery. Marielle... is super friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She paid attention to all of my concerns and helped me through my injury. All the front staff was super friendly and accomodating. I particularly appreciated the flexibility in the schedule and being able to book appointments early in the morning. Lastly, I am happy with all of the health & safety precautions. I highly recommend professional PT at Port Jeff Station.read more

So I have been to physical therapy here at professional for 2 separate injuries; one back injury and before and after for torn meniscus. I have dealt primarily with Marielle regarding my knee and I just have to say, that she is amazing. She is attentive to getting me back to where I was prior to... surgery, and then better. She is amazing and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I have also dealt with Kelly, Vinnie (the clinical director) and they are both great. Both very knowledgeable in what they do. With my back, I had a physical therapist who has since moved to another location (wading river) and working with her, I no longer have any issues with the bulging or herniated discs in my back and it’s been almost a year. Even all the assistants are great! Just a top notch facility!! Coming here, they all make you feel welcome and conversations with some of the staff is so enjoyable. Not to mention, Janice at the front desk is sweet and helpful when I need to reschedule. Highly recommend professional for your PT needs.read more

Therapist Marielle (hopefully spelled correctly) is fantastic. Upbeat, and pleasant. Very attentive to make sure you are doing everything correctly to make sure it is effective and safe for you. Front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. I've been going 2-3 times a week for two months now and... feel very welcome and that I'm part of the gang, so to speak.read more

Marielle is great! She takes her time with each patient explaining exactly how to do each exercise and making sure it doesn’t cause you a lot of pain. Mel at the front desk is very sweet. Greets everyone with a warm “hello” and a smile from behind her mask. The facility is very neat and clean.... Definitely recommend if you are in need of physical therapy.read more

Staff professional and knowledgeable; tremendous improvement in a short amount of time noted with my child’s left knee fracture. We had to change therapy places as my child’s recovery was delayed by poor/subpar care from previous therapy.

Right from the very first visit everybody was professional caring and compassionate. The director Vinny evaluated me and developed a plan of therapy. Janice the administrator made sure my insurance was in order and that my appointments were scheduled to my convenience. The physical therapist... Kelly walked me through all the motions in a way that I could understand And kept it interesting and motivating. And the rest of the staff we’re always there to help and worked as a team.read more

I’ve only experienced 2 therapists, Amy and Patti, for PT, BOTH are wonderful! The staff is friendly and warm, as are the therapists, which is extremely important to me. Not only do I judge by how they perform their job, but how warm and friendly they are...this place is great!! I’d definitely... recommend!! :-)read more
