Being a chronic back and neck patient has afforded me the "luxury" of having quite a few Physical Therapists over the past 30 years... NEVER have I left a review ,,, But I must say: Thank God for Fran !! Incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She actually cares !! If Fran didn't work here....... They would have had to INVENT her !!! She's amazing !! The entire experience... From Leanne's welcoming smile and pleasant demeanor , the immaculately clean location, highly qualified interns all overseen by Fran's expertise!! I wish I could give 10 Stars!! If you guys ever read this .... Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do !!!!!! You rock!!!read more

I recently started having pain in my leg that was keeping me from my normal workout routine. I decided to seek professional help and found PPT in Quincy. They had good reviews which made me comfortable going there. Francesca was amazing and lived up to all the good reviews I read. She took the... time to understand the cause of my injury and created a personalized therapy routine for me. I started feeling better after just the first few appointments. More than just telling me what to do, she explained everything to me so that I understand the science behind it all. Today i feel great and am back to normal… all thanks to Francesca and the PPT team in Quincy.read more

I’ve been coming here for about six months and can’t say enough positive things about Francesca and Leanne. I actually look forward to my appointments.Francesca is knows her stuff. She explains everything in detail, corrects form and does an exceptional job answering all my questions.Leanne... helps Francesca when things are busy and is so personable. They really go above and beyond. Can’t imagine going anywhere else for PT!read more

I’ve been to a lot of physical therapists over the years and this is by far the best! Francesca provides individual supportive care tailored to each patients needs and goals. She does this all with a sense of humor and a smile. Her positive attitude is infectious to all of the patients.Leanne is... also great and helped navigate issues with my health insurance.read more

Let me start this by saying I am the type of person who always intends to write the review of any given place and never actually does it. This place warrants it tho! I’ve done two “rounds” of PT here (first for a sprained ankle, 2nd was after surgery) and I highly recommend it. Professional, clean,... skilled and I can honestly say they’ve made physical therapy FUN! Francesca knows her stuff and always shares the “why” of doing a certain exercise and can modify it if need be, to meet me where I’m at. She and Leanne have been my cheerleaders too - helping me see what I really can do, keeping my spirits up when needed and getting me closer to my goals each session. I’ve been to different PT places over the years - this place is by far the best. If the need for more PT arises down the road, I won’t have to think twice of who to call. A big thank you to the Quincy location of Professional PT!!read more

I have had an excellent experience at Professional Physical Therapy. They treated my injury with expertise and I had significant recovery in just 2 months. I was particularly impressed with Francesca, my primary physical therapist, who is knowledgeable, organized and has a great sense of humor, as... well as Leanne, who somehow keeps track of everyone’s appointments, insurance, documentation and is always willing to pitch in wherever she is needed. 10/10 they’re stuck with me for a while.read more

I started coming here in December 2021 after I had surgery on my ACL. In the 2 months since I started coming to Professional Physical Therapy, my motion’s improved massively, and I’m now able to walk without crutches. I’m super thankful for everything they’ve done for me so far and would absolutely... recommend Professional Physical Therapy to anyone who needs it.read more

I've been coming here for physical therapy and this is a top notch establishment. My PT, Francesca, is extremely well educated and knowledgeable, and an excellent physical therapist. She has been paramount in my healing, and I would recommend her to everyone. Leanne, who handles the office is a... huge help navigating all the insurance issues and scheduling snafus I've had. I've also worked briefly with another PT, Sara, who is also wonderful. This is an exemplary business and a truly healing place.read more

After god created the heavens and the earth, he rested on the seventh day. What is not mentioned is that he worked so hard that first week, he tore a dozen muscles and needed immediate care.It was then he created Professional Physical Therapy, an institution as old as time to tend to his wounds.... As reward for their great service, he made this company immortal and returns once a year for a free consultation. Also the staff are wonderful so be nice to them.read more

Amazing people, wonderful service! I had a very positive experience getting help with my foot there, I loved going to this place. Francesca's professional knowledge is beyond any expectations; thank to her treatment and guidance, I am able to walk again. She will treat you as a complex human being,... addressing all your needs.I was discharged with a plan in place and well explained advises to keep treating myself at home.I wish not, but f I will need PT in the future, this is the place to go. I have been receiving treatment from a pro physical therapist named Francesca. She is very helpful in my recovery from hip replacement surgery. She knows her stuff! I can tell that I am progressing in gaining my health back. But it will take some time for full recovery. Hip surgery is no joke. The... tearing of muscles takes a long time to grow back and heal. My experiences at the Quincy rehab on Washington have been pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend anyone who is serious about getting their health back.read more

Francesca is extremely knowledgeable and fun to be around. She created an exercise program to meet my specific needs ensuring a full recovery post knee surgery. Would recommend her to anybody, including people with an athletic background such as myself.
