Had an excellent experience. All of the therapists are helpful and challenging. I worked with Blake, Casey, and Alex and felt well cared for the entire time. Such a positive experience! The entire staff is great at the Randolph location. I have to do a special shout out to Casey, who's been excellent to work with in alleviating my Plantar Fasciitis. Casey is not just skilled in administering PT, he is a master at putting his clients at ease in what can... be a stressful situation. I commend him, and Blake, for being genuine and engaging with everyone! All-in-all my experience was excellent & successful. As far as the facility goes, it's clean, but not fancy or huge like some I've been too. I ended up liking this because it lends to a more intimate & interactive session with the therapist. The number of clients treated at one time is managed well, too. I never once felt ignored or forgotten, which has happened at bigger facilities.read more

My sister broke her leg in the summer, so when her ortho doctor suggested therapy we came to Professional Physical Therapy. Immediately we were welcomed with the kindness of everyone. The therapists truly care about the patients no matter their age, I sit and accompany my sister during her... appointments which allows me to witness how attentive and passionate they are at their job. The environment is all laughs and a great atmosphere overall, a perfect setting for where healing is taking place! Even with the pandemic, they always make sure to constantly clean surfaces keeping the space a safe space for everyone with usage of masks and social distancing as well between the patients. When it comes to making appointments, Hope is a sweetheart, she works with you and your schedule to decide on what time works for you. I am very grateful to Blake especially for helping my sister with her recovery, it hasn’t been easy but he’s been very patient and has helped her each tremendously each step of the way. I had a broken fracture in my leg and both physical therapists helped me push forward and gave me motivations to keep pushing and even though it’s hard it’ll all pay off and they really help you see that, I really love how they make sure you are okay and if the work is too hard they will stop and... give you a rest or make you feel very comfortable! Everyone is so nice they have the best attitude and make you laugh! I’ve been working with Blake mostly and I am very grateful because he has helped me walk again without crutches and without a boot, right now I am still going as I progress further in my recovery. During the times of covid they are very cautious with everything! They are always cleaning the tables after someone uses it. All the staff are really nice. Hope is very patient and always works with you when it comes to appointments and is attentive and kind! I really do recommend Profesional Physical therapy!read more

The physical therapists at ProfessionalPT all have a caring attitude, a high level of professionalism, and a very strong work ethic. My orthopedist was skeptical that PT would help with my hip pain and wanted me to go straight to either a steroid injection or tendon release surgery and reluctantly... gave me a script for PT. I mainly saw Blake, but Hector and Michelle also contributed to my success. They treat clients with respect for their individual issues and patiently worked with me in tiny increments through 12 weeks of therapy to bring my strength back and reduce pain, making adjustments as needed each time. Blake worked with me to keep my progress moving forward at a safe and comfortable pace and I now have a totally functioning hip again. Hayley (receptionist) and Alex (assistant) were also cheery, helpful and kind.read more

My time with PPT and especially Michelle was amazing. I had constant pain/discomfort in my neck and not only did this location make scheduling around my hectic work life very simple but Michelle also helped beyond words. I had such a great experience at PT with Michelle. She was so patient and understanding. I came in with constant hip pain from over running. She worked with me to figure out what exercises worked best. I was originally a skeptic on PT but SO SO glad I went. I no longer have hip pain and I feel... stronger. Michelle and her team are kind, professional and make you feel important. The personal attention was appreciated. I would highly recommend Michelle.read more

When selecting a physical therapist, I count myself blessed to have found Michelle and her crew so close to my home. I would gladly travel farther, without hesitation, for the care I am receiving at the Randolph location.Every part of my experience has been better than expected. Scheduling and... everything dealing with the office has been smooth, simple, and easy. Prompt appointment reminders, Covid protocols, and direct communication make getting to the facility effortless. Once I’m through the doors, I feel special and not just another customer. The masks hide the smiles, but from reception, to the therapists, and even the people rehabbing, you can feel that everyone is happy to be there. My rehab plan has also been incredible. Michelle and the other Professionals take the time and effort to cater each recovery plan to the person and not just a cookie cutter plan from a book.
