Hear From Our Patients

Being active much of my life, recovering from surgeries, I've gone to PT and I've left a lot of PT facilities because they were not good or just didn't get it, they'd leave you alone for an hour and never checked in to make sure the exercise program they gave you was being done correctly. This is... NOT the case with Jay Correia and his team at Professional Physical therapy in Ridgefield, CTJay is thorough, thoughtful and a wonderful Therapist, and with a great team he is in touch with, runs a great facility. Even when the facility is packed with people you always feel like you're the only one there. The reviews are 100% accurate. In fact, that is what lead me to check out Professional Physical therapy. Thank you to Jay and his team!read more

Professional PT is excellent in every way. The staff is very knowledgeable and gentle. I totally trust them. Jay is excellent at asking the questions necessary to make sure the exercise plan is appropriate. He runs a tight ship-well organized and clean. And he himself is a fabulous therapist. This... is my second time at Professional PT. At 75, I know it won’t be my last. I’m so pleased that they have my back(pun intended.)read more

Clean facilityI couldn't have chosen a better place to receive PT. Samantha has been so helpful in first just getting me to a point where I wasn’t in... pain 24 hours a day, strengthening my shoulder pre-surgery, to now post surgery helping me get my range of motion back. She is extremely knowledgeable and has really helped get me through all of this.read more

I am an enthusiastic and energetic person who has always enjoyed participating in sports and other outdoor activities. I decided to become a Physical Therapist after my personal experience as a patient with a sports-related injury in high school. Ever since, I have enjoyed spending time with and getting to know all our clients. Everyone has a personal story and individualized goals that they want to achieve. Whether those goals include playing a professional sport or whether they just want to be able to stand and hold their new grandchild in their arms; I am excited every day to help others achieve their maximum potential. I strive to create individualized rehabilitation programs based on the needs of each client. I love to adapt and fine tune our rehabilitation techniques to help you improve your unique functional limitations.
