As someone who has never been injured before I was very skeptical and careful about where I chose to rehabilitate myself professional physical therapy Soho location has been absolutely everything I hope they could be , they are understanding they listen to me when I tell them my body is telling me... something they adjust and work with me make me feel comfortable and have steadily improved my physical condition they play up or down to the type of person you are whether you came in to be quiet and stoic or speak to them about sports or just life in general I have felt very welcome here and will stay here as long as possible I really recommend this to any and everyone they understand that this is a healing process. For some background info I had two spiral fractures in my ankle tore evey single ligament had surgery steel plate and 8 screws in my ankle , I’m already walking and making steady improvements weekly. Highly recommendedread more

My experience with Professional PT, has been a delight. I have used them several times throughout the years, from the front receptionist to the physical therapist, in the back, they have all been professional.

The BEST physical therapists! Krutika was my primary PT and she is wonderful: caring, personable, knowledgable, highly experienced. At different times, when my schedule didn't synch with hers, Billy and Anne both worked with me too. They are also excellent. The office itself is calm, peaceful,... cozy and welcoming. Every person there, including the support staff, is extremely organized, efficient and also kind. I look forward to each and every session.read more

I had ongoing problems with my shoulder and bicep which were complicated to treat, but the team consistently customized the exercises to help me regain my strength and be successful. I have since returned to the clinic a year lasted, having just had a hip replacement and the attention and care... remains outstanding. I work primarily with Billy who is phenomenal, but i have also worked with Krutika and Anne and they are equally terrific! Jennifer at the front desk is also very helpful and accommodating!read more

My experience with Billy Rebman and staff at Professional Physical Therapy has been excellent. I cannot say enough about the quality of... care that I have received. Thank you!read more

Best service and hospitality, very professional

Professional PT is excellent! I’ve been there 3 times over a 5 year period. Once following shoulder surgery & 2 times for knee issues. The PTs are great & their administration is excellent, particularly with insurance reimbursement. The facilities are great & very convenient. I have nothing but... positive things to say about the staff and the service & give them my highest recommendation!read more

I really love this place. The physical therapists are knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I've gone for a few ailments now, and I'm never disappointed. It's become a second home!

I am having the best experience at the SoHo location with Bill after shattering my humerus. I started out at another location in the area but was disappointed in the professionalism and knowledge of that PT. I ended up switching to Bill and feel that decision has made a meaningful difference in... the speed and outcome of my recovery. Bill is an exceptionally knowledgeable, thoughtful, and pleasant therapist. He is a young guy but comes off as a very senior practitioner. He answers every question I have with patience and detailed information. I am self-motivated to get better, but he has such an encouraging demeanor that it motivates me to really be persistent in my at-home exercises on the days I am not in the facility. In addition, I have observed Bill many times coaching direct reports and he is an excellent manager. Having managed 100s of people throughout my career, I can say his skills in this area are exceptional. I encourage anyone reading this post to seek out this facility and Bill. It is a professionally run organization that hires high quality people and I am so glad I found this resource.read more

Great team!

My therapist Krutika is not only knowledgable but thorough and really takes the time to work with patients and stay in tune to what is needed day to day. I would highly recommend.
Michael S.
Went for 8 weeks of foot rehab. They were terrific! Knowledgeable, attentive and very caring. My foot feels great now. Highly recommend.
Katy B.
Highly highly recommend Professional PT, and especially my doctor, William (Billy) Rebman. I was in so much pain from a neck/shoulder injury that came out of nowhere, and after a few months of PT (it can take some time!) I can pick up my daughter again, carry her backpack, do the dishes, cook, read... a book; all of the things that sound so simple but used to be agonizing. Thanks to PT I have changed my posture and the way I sit, walk, stand, and sleep. I have a "maintenance therapy" exercise routine that I'll do twice a week. It was really scary at first to have this mysterious injury, but Billy and his team were so supportive and understanding. They helped me to understand what had happened to me and how strengthening certain muscles could make it better. 10/10, they're awesomeread more

I'M VERY GRATEFUL FOR MY PODIATRIST FOR RECOMMENDING PROFESSIONAL PHYSICAL THERAPY. I AM CURRENTLY ATTENDING THEIR PRACTICE IN SOHO WHERE THE STAFF AND THERAPISTS (BILLY AND KIARA) HAVE BEEN AMAZING. I WAS VERY APPREHENSIVE AT THE BEGINNING BUT THEY'VE MADE ME FEEL WELCOME AND THE EXCERCISES AND... TREATMENT IN A RELATIVELY SHORT PERIOD HAVE ALREADY PROVED VERY HELPFUL. THEY ARE TRULY PROFESSIONAL AND I ONLY WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THEM SOONER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!read more

It may sound crazy, but I actually enjoy going to physical therapy. It's a great crew, they're thoroughly attentive , and they're able to strike the delicate balance between pushing you to be better but never hurting you. I get stronger after every single session and it's because I have such a... skillful and caring crew, all with great bedside manners.read more
