Physical therapy is not fun and can be a drag. Let's be honest you're trying to rehabilitate something that isn't working properly. The team at Professional Physical Therapy makes this process as enjoyable as possible.Bianca, Alexandra and Andrew are all true professionals. Bianca always greets... with a friendly hello, a temperature check and sends you off an appointment inquiry for your next visit and see you next time. You will be rehabbing with either Alexandra or Andrew. They are both very welcoming and masters of their craft. As serious as PT is they keep the work enjoyable with friendly conversations. If you are on the east end of Long Island and need rehab, this is the place to go! Reccomended not only by me but highly reputable surgeons at HSS too.read more

Went to see Andrew 3 days after full shoulder replacement. He was patient and understanding of all my concerns. He walked me step by step through the process and made me feel very comfortable. Three months later the staff of PPT rebuilt the strength I had lost, restored my range of motion gave me... the use of my arm back. I had a great surgeon, but the staff here are all amazing!! Everyone is friendly and caring. By far the best option for physical therapy in the area!! If you’re needing PT. Look no further!read more

Alexandra, Andrew, Christian & Bianca are awesome to deal with! I have had the best experience and I will continue to refer this office. It goes to show that the one on one approach with the physical therapist has pretty much resolved my back issues!

Referred for knee issues. Young friendly professional staff in a clean well equipped space. You see the same therapist each time who actually talks to you. Hours are flexible. Great experience. And right here in Southampton.

Bio

After working in the music industry and radio for ten years I decided to switch careers to a field of helping others. I graduated cum laude from Stony Brook University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Health Science and Masters in occupational therapy. I knew in my first year of Stony Brook that I wanted to specialize in hand therapy. I started my career in skilled nursing. A year later, I was presented with an opportunity to work in hands and I gladly accepted the position. However I have continued to work per diem in skilled nursing for the past 8 years. As a CHT I’m often consulted to assist the geriatric population with various hand diagnoses and asked to fabricate custom splints. I have worked in the Southampton location for the past six years and have developed a strong relationship with locals doctors and members of the community. I love working in a tight knit community that has been so welcoming. After joining Professional I was asked to help start other hand clinic locations such as Sayville and Copiague. I’m a member of ASHT, AOTA, and WFOT. Currently I reside in Sayville. I love to kayak, bike, and spend time outdoors. Travel is my passion and I look forward to combine my love of travel and hand therapy volunteering with organizations such as the Touching Hands Project.
