Ishmael Gibson, PT
- Doctoral Degree, Physical Therapy, University at Buffalo
Started my career by pursuing a bachelors of exercise science degree at The University at Buffalo where I was then accepted into the accelerated Doctor of Physical Therapy Program to complete my education. Growing up, I have always been an athlete, running track and playing volleyball, which I still do recreationally today. Seeing first hand how Physical Therapy can restore function and alleviate pain in peoples daily lives led me into the field so I too can make positive change. During my time in school I have completed clinical rotations working with orthopedics and sports rehab, predominately dealing with golf and volleyball athletes. I have a love for sports, performance, and strength and conditioning which allows me to push and guide all of my patients to their maximum functional capabilities no matter their condition and or age group. I believe all patients can reach their truest potential to live their healthiest lives with the right guidance, education, and care.
