I went to Profesional PT after a shoulder surgery. When I get there, I wasn't able to do absolutely anything with my right arm. After 8 weeks, I am out of my sling, driving, and doing almost everything by myself. The entire staff is so polite and professional, they work as a team to make sure you... have the best care. Every single employee, is Awesome at this location. If I need to do PT in the future, I will definitely go back to Professional physical therapy in Warwick. You guys are AMAZING!read more

This is my second round of sessions with this professional team in a year! When I walked in recently, everyone knew my name and greeted me warmly. The receptionist is friendly, helpful and runs a tight ship. I'm back for a totally different reason but I have already started to feel relief from... just 3 visits. Last year, my issue fully resolved and has not recurred. The interplay between the wonderful therapists (Seam, Sam and Steven) and Jen (the glue who keeps things moving smoothly) is a joy to behold. A bit of humor and some good music playing in the background while we are addressing serious issues is refreshing and helps me to work through my pain as they help me heal. Their new-to-me facilities are fantastic. Sunny, more spacious and lots of parking. I can highly recommend this team as they work wonders for their clients with professionalism, depth of knowledge and more

I absolutely love my weekly visits with Seam and her staff. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and fun to be around. I am amazed at the progress that I have made and continue to make with support of this staff.

I was in their care for several months with plantar fasciiltis. Due to my occupation my recovery was prolong. With their help and teachings my foot finally got to the spot where most days my foot is pain free. Sam, Steven and Seam were great. Though they might have another patient at the same time... they still had the ability to have their eyes on you while you would be doing your exercises. All 3 would be great to work with. They definitely are a great team. Most of my visits were with Seam, don't let her size fool you, she has the strongest hands. I would never forget to mention Jen. She definitely keeps that place Rocking and Rolling. Thank you all for all you more

I had a major surgery (bilateral hip replacement) and My surgeon prescribed physical therapy to regain my strength, flexibility, and balance. Never having needed physical therapy before I discovered Optimum Performance somewhat by chance, as they were in my network and as luck would have it, local.... I could not be more pleased on any level. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional, sensitive and caring, not to mention extremely informed and knowledgeable, regardless of the patient's condition or reason for coming. They seem genuinely happy to see me and greet other patients the same way and take the time to know the patient, their condition, and their needs and progress. The facility is clean and modern and each piece of equipment, from table to pillow, machine to weights, even a squeeze ball are sanitized after each patient uses them, no exceptions. I witness this every time I go. I personally like the open gym environment and interacting with other patients. I have worked mostly with Seamchou who is wonderful and has helped me to progress so much, and recently also with Steven who is equally as nice to work with. And Jen couldn't be more pleasant and attentive! I appreciate the personal attention and am feeling so much stronger, fit, (less pain also!) and confident since starting there. I had been warned that PT would be hard but given my experience with Optimum I barely notice it, the experience is so positive. When my time of needing PT ends, which is actually soon, I will miss it. Thank you all for what you do! DMread more
