I've been a patient since December 8th I had hip replacement and knee replacement on April 30th. I am walking without pain do to the expertise and knowledge of Bobby and the rest of the staff. They push you at the right pace and know each individuals limits. The office is clean and taken care of.

I feel so grateful to be in the hands of the skilled and caring therapists at Professional Physical Therapy in Watertown. It is a caring group, led by Bobby, with a warm and fun team energy. They are clearly invested in their patients and have a great set of interns and assistants to help guide... through exercises. I am frequently hearing patients talk about how much better they feel after their therapy.I have worked primarily with Bobby, who has done the perfect balance of pushing, reassuring, and entertaining the entire clinic . He is a highly skilled manual therapist and has a great eye on everyone in the clinic for form. I have also worked with Ray, who is very caring, encouraging and skilled. While I haven’t worked directly with Michelle and Katie, you would be in great hands with them as well.Bobby and Ray helped me prepare for a very challenging knee surgery and are now guiding me post surgery. I have been there long enough to observe them with many clients and have been truly impressed with the care and skill they bring to everybody who walks through their clinic.read more

I can’t recommend this PT office highly enough after spending 6 months here for recovery after my shoulder surgery. Bobby and his team are excellent. Bobby tailors the exercises to the patient and their specific injury but stays on top of all the care. He and his staff are attentive to every aspect... of the recovery process. Moreover, he generates a fun and collegial atmosphere with everyone in the office, staff, therapists, patients, the people on the monitor checking you in. I actually enjoyed my visits and looked forward to them (at the same time I hope I don’t come back!). Bobby is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and how everything moves. Besides the attention to the patient, I’m very impressed with how he mentors the junior therapists and trainees. There is great camaraderie and mutual respect here, resulting in a wonderful vibe for recovery!read more

I enjoyed working with Bobby and the team at Professional PT in Watertown. As someone who plays a lot of recreational sports (and tore my calf muscle playing a sport), it was important to me to find a physical therapist who has experience working with athletes, which Bobby does. The space feels... communal, and I had a good care no matter which team member was working with me.read more

I recently started working with Professional PT in Watertown after a knee replacement. I have a lot of prior experience with PT at other organizations and have been very pleased with the professionalism, care and friendly atmosphere at Professional PT, I feel like I’m in good hands!

I've been seeing Michelle and the team here for about 6-8 weeks for my hip (labral tear, advanced arthritis, and impingement) and can't speak highly enough about my experience here. The people are friendly, the facility is clean, and the staff are great. The orthopedic specialist/surgeon who first... examined my hip wanted to do a hip replacement immediately, before I hit 40. I'd seen a couple other PTs before and it had improved some, but progress had plateaued and I still had a profound limp while walking and significant limitations in activities. The improvements in movement, function, and mobility I've experienced since starting here have been incredible. At this point, still without surgery, I'm even skiing and wrestling essentially pain-free and continue to improve week over week.read more

Therapists are knowledgeable and friendly. I experienced a huge improvement in shoulder mobility and pain. Bobby and others helped me progress very quickly. Highly recommended!

Great PT Group! I am working with Ray for the second time but different body parts. I experienced tremendous recovery the first time I saw him. I am certain I will looking back at this seeing another great recovery. I recommend anyone needing PT to look here first.

I've been working with Bobby the past few months for the recovery of my broken foot and I've had such a positive experience. Him and his team work very well together and bring such an upbeat energy to the place. It makes it enjoyable for the patients to be around. He not only helps me get... physically stronger, but mentally as well. I can see how much all the therapists truly care about their patients and comfort them. I definitely recommend coming here for physical therapy!read more

Bobby Sabatino is very professional and knowledgeable. The course of treatment that he provided was in a very respectful manner and provided a good home treatment that has brought me back to a full recovery. Would highly recommend Bobby and his staff at Professional Physical Therapy. The facility... is clean and the entire team is welcoming.read more

I’m so grateful I found Professional PT to rehab my broken foot. They check in on how the injury is feeling and bring some humor to the sessions. They’re attentive, extremely knowledgeable and flexible based on what’s reported, while bringing a positive upbeat vibe to physical therapy. I’d highly... recommend Bobby and Nick if you’re looking for an amazing physical therapist!read more

Highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy in Watertown. Bobby, along with the other physical therapists, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. When I started in February 2023 for Frozen Shoulder, Bobby took the time to explain a course of treatment as well as target additional... areas of concern in the neck and back. The stretches are exceptional and the recommended exercises have allowed more mobility and strength in the upper back and shoulder areas. Bobby has been so helpful over the past year. It is a patient-focused environment and the therapists are so accommodating and welcoming each time you enter the clinic.read more

My physical therapist Bobby Sabatino is amazing! I had reconstructive ankle surgery and his knowledge and expertise really has helped me through this. Everyone on the staff is great! Ray and Sam have been great too! The whole staff is super helpful and friendly! Myra is very friendly and sweet at... the desk. The atmosphere is upbeat and it makes you feel hopeful! Again a shoutout to Bobby for helping me through post surgery!!read more

All I can say is, There the best out there. Great people, with the best knowledge to heal your body. Thank you so much Michelle, Bobby, and Nick. What a great team.
Rob H.
Bobby and team are fantastic. Genuine concern for patients, their goals, and helping them achieve them. Definitely recommend reaching out - PT is absolutely worth it; no need to soldier through nagging aches and pains.
Caitrin S.
I was recently diagnosed with a genetic connective tissue disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and I was told that PT was going to be important to help protect and stabilize my joints but felt pretty overwhelmed and put it on the back burner until new issues with my knees brought me in. My PCP... said her patients have had great experiences with Professional PT and my time there has been very helpful too. It took my knee probably more than double the time to get strong enough for discharge vs a typical patient but I got there, and I underestimated the power of the emotional support as well as the medical expertise. I was a marathon runner pre-diagnosis and wasn’t sure I would ever run again, but I’m easing my way back in now to shorter distances and it’s going great. All the staff are very friendly and in that atmosphere some of us as patients became friendly with each other as well, who knew my PT appointments would meet all these social and emotional needs in the middle of COVID life while also fixing my bum knee?? As I learn more about my genetic disorder I expect I will need more PT services ongoing and I won’t hesitate to come back, thanks David and everyone at the Watertown office for your help!read more

I couldn't recommend them more. I've been struggling with knee pain for a long time and Bobby was able to quickly diagnose my issue and help me build strength. I can actually run again without crippling pain! Nick and the other students were also great to work with. Not only that, but the entire... staff at Pro PT create a warm, fun environment.read more

I think this is probably only the third review I’ve ever written, but I first want to thank Daavid!! Much appreciated, you brought me back man! I had a full tear of my Achilles, my surgery was June 8th and my recovery process moved so much faster after working with the team Professional Physical... Therapy. It really starts at the top. I initially spoke with Michelle and every person I worked with was great. Bobby helped me out a lot as well! They all take turns helping each patient and understand what each person is going through. I’ve never worked with a PT before and I’m so grateful for all that you guys did for me and the numerous other individuals that I became friendly with while being a patient. I would 💯 recommend Michelle and her practice in Watertown. You guys were awesome!! Thanks Michelle, Bobby, The interns, and Daavid!!read more

I would definitely recommend Professional PT to anyone! Everyone was very kind, the environment was welcoming and fun, and David and Nick both did a great job helping me recover from a knee injury.

I would like to thank Bobby Sabatino and the staff at professional physical therapy for working with me after a hip replacement, got me we’re I needed to be to return to work ! Thanks again Tony Amedio !!

Go here. It is excellent working with Bobby and the students, he makes it fun and I am blessed to have him as my doctor of PT. It’s only been a few weeks and he has assessed my injury perfectly (it was scary having the pain not knowing the extent of it) and treated it effectively. Get this man an... omelette.Parking, good restaurants around and truly professional care here.read more

I'd give them more stars if I could. Michelle runs an phenomenal office. The staff is knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and work well as a team. (The co-ops and grad students are great as well.) I feel like I'm visiting friends, which makes physical therapy much more enjoyable and... engaging.David had my first issue figured out on Day One. After just a few visits, I was back to normal and ready for my golf trip. Now we're working on a more complicated issue with a different joint, but we're making progress.I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who needs PT.read more

Michelle and her team are so welcoming and knowledgeable. The team that she puts together is just as wonderful, to the point where I was working with one of her students, Emily, and I thought that she was a full-time staff member. The team here ensures that not only is your injury improving and... rehabilitating, but that you are also equipped with the knowledge to maintain that growth when you are finished with physical therapy. I highly recommend this practice, specifically Michelle and her team, and know that if I ever need physical therapy again this is the place to go!Thank you, Michelle!read more

I’ve had a long recovery from two major surgeries. PPT in Watertown has been the only thing that has kept me on track and sane. Michelle and her team have put together a plan tailored to me that is not only helping me to recover, but is geared both toward short term pain relief and long term... health. If there were 10 stars I would give that many. Highly recommend.read more

Wonderful experience with amazing therapists. Great atmosphere, very safe and fun. I feel 100% back to normal and so appreciated the very personal attention.

I am a repeated client at the clinic for different issues. The staff there is very professional ! The moment I walk in the door and meet Rebecca I feel welcomed. My appointments always start on time. I have done both telehealth and in person. The place is spotless and they clean after each person.... I felt comfortable there during Covid.Michelle was my therapist. She teaches me what each exercise is doing for me so I will have success . Michelle has helped me get back to a functional level. The other therapist David is very knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. They have a fantastic team there, including a Northeastern University student Emily.I would highly recommend everyone to go here. You will not be disappointed and walk out in better shape!read more

My grandmother has struggled with shoulder problems for years, to the point that it was interfering with her daily activities. My grandmother has been seeing the therapists here since having shoulder surgery and is amazed at how much more she is able to do now. On top of helping her with the... shoulder she had surgery on, they helped her work on the other as well. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.read more

I went to Professional for PT after my labrum repair earlier this year in February. All of the staff were friendly, professional and above all, knowledgeable. Dâvid helped me understand the recovery process from the ground up and the why that was behind the excercises I was doing. He helped me to... understand how all of the muscles and bones work together and which ones were key to my recovery. Its been about 9 months since my surgery and I basically feel 100% when I was told it would be about a year before I was totally back to normal. I was attending during the height of the pandemic and felt that they executed all safety measures to the highest ability they had and I was never worried about contamination or cleanliness. PT was actually the high point of my weeks as it was such a welcoming enovironment during quarantine and I was always excited to go. I would absolutely recommend Professional PT of Watertown and while I hope to not need them in the future, they will absolutely be my go to should I be injured again.read more

I would 100% recommend this place. When I first went in, I could barely move, my back was locked up and I was in so much pain. Michelle took care of me, and after just a few weeks, I was almost back to normal. She is the best! Everyone that works there makes you feel very comfortable and taken care... of. If you are in need of physical therapy, I would suggest you go here.read more

I am extremely happy and pleased with the care and teaching I have received here. I had such limited movement and pain at the beginning and didn't think an end was in sight but it has been improving! The staff have all been amazing between Michelle, David, Kelsey, and Rebekah. Michelle has been... patient and helped explain the plan which I really appreciate. This has been a strong start to recovering strength, and I have learned practical skills and adapted excercises which I will be able to use going forward. I am still in physical therapy here, but I could not recommend this place anymore! Thank you to everyone here and it really is a great place to come for care.read more

I have had a *truly* fantastic experience at PPT Watertown (as I did at PPT Allston, beforehand). I had been dealing with neck pain for a long time, which Covid made much worse. After only six weeks of working with the awesome, brilliant, and supremely patient David Burgos, I am feeling much, much... better. Not only is my pain almost gone and functionality restored, but, thanks to David, I now feel like I have the tools and education to nip my pain in the bud if it ever resurfaces. I can't think him and the staff at PPT enough. (Note that almost all of my appointments were over Telehealth, due to Covid. I would have liked to go to the clinic more often, but Telehealth -- even if sometimes a little glitchy -- was a convenient, effective alternative.)read more

My experience at PPT was great. I was pretty depressed after my surgury but started to feel optimistic as soon as I began working with Michelle. She was really knowledgeable and informative at the same time as being a great motivator. I left every session feeling positive and really looking forward... to the next one. It's been 3 months since my surgery and nothing progress and improvement!! 3 thumbs up!!read more
