I’d like to give thanks to Bobby Sabatino I enjoyed working with him on my shoulder replacement very knowledgeable help me get back to where I could use my shoulder in a normal manner also I’ve been at Professional physical therapy for others times and they are what they say they are professionals... the staff is unbelievable Michelle the manager can’t say enough about her nick Emily and the rest of the staff awesome but like being at home enjoy my time now because I lay on my way to a pain free life thanks so much😊❤️🙏👍read more

A very relaxed atmosphere where everyone interacts with each other: patients and therapists! A friendly area where their knowledge is #1!
Dan A.
All I can say is, There the best out there. Great people, with the best knowledge to heal your body. Thank you so much Michelle, Bobby, and Nick. What a great team.
Rob H.
Bobby and team are fantastic. Genuine concern for patients, their goals, and helping them achieve them. Definitely recommend reaching out - PT is absolutely worth it; no need to soldier through nagging aches and pains.
Caitrin S.
I was recently diagnosed with a genetic connective tissue disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and I was told that PT was going to be important to help protect and stabilize my joints but felt pretty overwhelmed and put it on the back burner until new issues with my knees brought me in. My PCP... said her patients have had great experiences with Professional PT and my time there has been very helpful too. It took my knee probably more than double the time to get strong enough for discharge vs a typical patient but I got there, and I underestimated the power of the emotional support as well as the medical expertise. I was a marathon runner pre-diagnosis and wasn’t sure I would ever run again, but I’m easing my way back in now to shorter distances and it’s going great. All the staff are very friendly and in that atmosphere some of us as patients became friendly with each other as well, who knew my PT appointments would meet all these social and emotional needs in the middle of COVID life while also fixing my bum knee?? As I learn more about my genetic disorder I expect I will need more PT services ongoing and I won’t hesitate to come back, thanks David and everyone at the Watertown office for your help!read more

I couldn't recommend them more. I've been struggling with knee pain for a long time and Bobby was able to quickly diagnose my issue and help me build strength. I can actually run again without crippling pain! Nick and the other students were also great to work with. Not only that, but the entire... staff at Pro PT create a warm, fun environment.read more

I think this is probably only the third review I’ve ever written, but I first want to thank Daavid!! Much appreciated, you brought me back man! I had a full tear of my Achilles, my surgery was June 8th and my recovery process moved so much faster after working with the team Professional Physical... Therapy. It really starts at the top. I initially spoke with Michelle and every person I worked with was great. Bobby helped me out a lot as well! They all take turns helping each patient and understand what each person is going through. I’ve never worked with a PT before and I’m so grateful for all that you guys did for me and the numerous other individuals that I became friendly with while being a patient. I would 💯 recommend Michelle and her practice in Watertown. You guys were awesome!! Thanks Michelle, Bobby, The interns, and Daavid!!read more

I would definitely recommend Professional PT to anyone! Everyone was very kind, the environment was welcoming and fun, and David and Nick both did a great job helping me recover from a knee injury.

Go here. It is excellent working with Bobby and the students, he makes it fun and I am blessed to have him as my doctor of PT. It’s only been a few weeks and he has assessed my injury perfectly (it was scary having the pain not knowing the extent of it) and treated it effectively. Get this man an... omelette.Parking, good restaurants around and truly professional care here.read more

I'd give them more stars if I could. Michelle runs an phenomenal office. The staff is knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and work well as a team. (The co-ops and grad students are great as well.) I feel like I'm visiting friends, which makes physical therapy much more enjoyable and... engaging.David had my first issue figured out on Day One. After just a few visits, I was back to normal and ready for my golf trip. Now we're working on a more complicated issue with a different joint, but we're making progress.I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who needs PT.read more

Everyone was very friendly, efficient , knowledgeable and very helpful ! Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs PT!
Divya H.
Michelle and her team are so welcoming and knowledgeable. The team that she puts together is just as wonderful, to the point where I was working with one of her students, Emily, and I thought that she was a full-time staff member. The team here ensures that not only is your injury improving and... rehabilitating, but that you are also equipped with the knowledge to maintain that growth when you are finished with physical therapy. I highly recommend this practice, specifically Michelle and her team, and know that if I ever need physical therapy again this is the place to go!Thank you, Michelle!read more

I’ve had a long recovery from two major surgeries. PPT in Watertown has been the only thing that has kept me on track and sane. Michelle and her team have put together a plan tailored to me that is not only helping me to recover, but is geared both toward short term pain relief and long term... health. If there were 10 stars I would give that many. Highly recommend.read more

Wonderful experience with amazing therapists. Great atmosphere, very safe and fun. I feel 100% back to normal and so appreciated the very personal attention.

I am a repeated client at the clinic for different issues. The staff there is very professional ! The moment I walk in the door and meet Rebecca I feel welcomed. My appointments always start on time. I have done both telehealth and in person. The place is spotless and they clean after each person.... I felt comfortable there during Covid.Michelle was my therapist. She teaches me what each exercise is doing for me so I will have success . Michelle has helped me get back to a functional level. The other therapist David is very knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. They have a fantastic team there, including a Northeastern University student Emily.I would highly recommend everyone to go here. You will not be disappointed and walk out in better shape!read more

My grandmother has struggled with shoulder problems for years, to the point that it was interfering with her daily activities. My grandmother has been seeing the therapists here since having shoulder surgery and is amazed at how much more she is able to do now. On top of helping her with the... shoulder she had surgery on, they helped her work on the other as well. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.read more

I went to Professional for PT after my labrum repair earlier this year in February. All of the staff were friendly, professional and above all, knowledgeable. Dâvid helped me understand the recovery process from the ground up and the why that was behind the excercises I was doing. He helped me to... understand how all of the muscles and bones work together and which ones were key to my recovery. Its been about 9 months since my surgery and I basically feel 100% when I was told it would be about a year before I was totally back to normal. I was attending during the height of the pandemic and felt that they executed all safety measures to the highest ability they had and I was never worried about contamination or cleanliness. PT was actually the high point of my weeks as it was such a welcoming enovironment during quarantine and I was always excited to go. I would absolutely recommend Professional PT of Watertown and while I hope to not need them in the future, they will absolutely be my go to should I be injured again.read more

I would 100% recommend this place. When I first went in, I could barely move, my back was locked up and I was in so much pain. Michelle took care of me, and after just a few weeks, I was almost back to normal. She is the best! Everyone that works there makes you feel very comfortable and taken care... of. If you are in need of physical therapy, I would suggest you go here.read more

I am extremely happy and pleased with the care and teaching I have received here. I had such limited movement and pain at the beginning and didn't think an end was in sight but it has been improving! The staff have all been amazing between Michelle, David, Kelsey, and Rebekah. Michelle has been... patient and helped explain the plan which I really appreciate. This has been a strong start to recovering strength, and I have learned practical skills and adapted excercises which I will be able to use going forward. I am still in physical therapy here, but I could not recommend this place anymore! Thank you to everyone here and it really is a great place to come for care.read more

I have had a *truly* fantastic experience at PPT Watertown (as I did at PPT Allston, beforehand). I had been dealing with neck pain for a long time, which Covid made much worse. After only six weeks of working with the awesome, brilliant, and supremely patient David Burgos, I am feeling much, much... better. Not only is my pain almost gone and functionality restored, but, thanks to David, I now feel like I have the tools and education to nip my pain in the bud if it ever resurfaces. I can't think him and the staff at PPT enough. (Note that almost all of my appointments were over Telehealth, due to Covid. I would have liked to go to the clinic more often, but Telehealth -- even if sometimes a little glitchy -- was a convenient, effective alternative.)read more

My experience at PPT was great. I was pretty depressed after my surgury but started to feel optimistic as soon as I began working with Michelle. She was really knowledgeable and informative at the same time as being a great motivator. I left every session feeling positive and really looking forward... to the next one. It's been 3 months since my surgery and nothing progress and improvement!! 3 thumbs up!!read more
