Michael received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Montclair State University while playing 4 years collegiate baseball. His personal experience, education, and love of sports led him to work with RWJ Barnabas' concussion program where he provided student athletes with preseason concussion and cardiac testing and assisted with post-concussion vestibular rehabilitation. During his time working with student athletes, Michael decided to expand his skill set and pursue a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Wesley College and graduated in 2019. During his Clinical rotations, he had the opportunity to work at Kessler In-Patient Rehabilitation where he specialized in treating patients with various neurological diagnoses. In 2019, Michael joined the team in West Orange, New Jersey.

Karen Donado, a graduate from Seton Hall University. Started as an aide for the company in 2015 and now an Occupational Therapist with interest in the upper extremity. Enjoys fabricating creative splints to maximize patients’ functional outcomes. On a day off, Karen enjoys watching movies, trying new foods, and spending time with family.
