Excellent service from the first appointment phone call to my very last visit. Patrick is a consummate professional. Motivational without being pushy. Very knowledgable in all areas of physical therapy. Discussed what was to be expected throughout my recovery. The office staff is courteous and... on the ball. The automated reminder service helped me keep my appointments straight. I cannot recommend Professional Physical Therapy highly enough. Kristen, Patrick, Cassandra, the interns and the rest of the staff made an unpleasant time more bearable.read more

I went to Professional Physical Therapy for my shoulder. I worked with Patrick who was friendly, knowledgeable and helped get my shoulder pain back to feeling better. Staff is friendly, welcoming and the the place was clean. Any time something was used it was sprayed, wiped and ready for the next... person to use. Very important, especially with Covid. I would definitely return if there was ever a need. They were great!read more

Kristin Westover provided excellent PT for hip osteoarthritis. She prepared a rigorous set of exercises and treatments that were personalized for my interest in maintaining an active lifestyle. Kristin also prepared an exercise regime for me to complete at home between appointments and after I... completed our sessions. My condition improved and has been maintained. Highly recommend Kristin & her team.read more

I came in with severe leg pains, and Kristen quickly determined that the pain was stemming from my back. Through dedicated in-office treatment, (including at times other therapists, who followed her instructions) and a well thought-out home care plan, my legs and back are in much better shape.... Although my issues might need surgery one day, with this care, I will be able to avoid this for hopefully many years to come, while leading a very productive life. Highly recommended.read more

Kristen Westover was a wonderful therapist. She was very knowledgeable about what therapies would help my shoulder and leg injury and when treatment began I was on the road to recovery. She was also very encouraging and gave me exercises to do at home which contributed to my recovery. Thank you... Kristen for your good care, advice and personable style!read more

A well-lit, clean establishment. I dealt with Kristin W. mostly, but also received support from other therapists. All of the staff were easy to get along with, and I was able to achieve close-to-full recovery from my fractured arm after four months of therapy (six months total time).

I worked mainly with Kristin on injuries to my lower leg and wrist. She's extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain (and demonstrate) all the stretches / exercises that I would be doing. Since then I've been able to resume all my normal activities without pain. Thanks... Kristin!read more

I went to Profesional Physical Therapy to rehab my partially torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. Great atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, and.....professional. I worked primarily with Patrick, and with Kristin on occasion; both are excellent. They are dedicated to... their work and their patients. My shoulder is feeling great and I know I wouldn’t have gotten to this point without them. Highly recommend.read more

I worked primarily with Patrick during my stint here for some nagging injuries I had accumulated since college and I have to say it was an excellent time (as much as stretching & coordination exercises can be at least). The entire staff was friendly, actively asked about general well-being, and... provided advice to further my progress both in their office and outside (questions for doctors, at home stretches, etc.). Patrick specifically was very thorough in his approach to rehabilitation, to the point where we extended the areas of treatment due to how the joints and muscles interlinked. By the end of my time here, I felt 10x better than I had before and for the most part, twice as able. I honestly couldn't say anything negative about my experience here. Looking forward to my next injury so I can stop in for recovery.read more

Patrick is an excellent physical therapist! He is very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. After getting manual therapy on day one, I noticed a difference immediately! As I progressed, he kept the exercises interesting and continued to challenge me with something new or modified. My stability... and balance are now better than ever and I couldn’t be happier with my recovery. I would absolutely recommend him if you are in need of some PT. Special thanks to Cassandra for always being so kind, helpful and accommodating. :)read more

I’ve received treatment from Kristin for multiple nagging injuries I’ve accrued over the years. I’m so thankful I finally decided to get help, because now I am operating on a physical level comparable to when I was a teenager. My body feels great. If something is hurting you or doesn’t feel right,... do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to make an appointment with her!read more

Kristin has an extensive background of continuing education that focuses on orthopedic intervention using manual therapy techniques. Kristin says, “I became a physical therapist because of my interest in the human body and wanting to gain an understanding of how things worked. I take a ‘whole body approach’ and truly enjoy the challenge of determining the driver of a client’s dysfunction rather than just treat their symptoms.”
