The White Plains StarPro PT clinic was formerly known as New York Sports Medicine Institute.

Parking and Directions

StarPro Physical Therapy in White Plains is located on Westchester Avenue right off Route 287. We are in a Medical Complex before Westmed Urgent Care. When you arrive at the clinic go to the left and up the ramp to the parking lot behind the building. We are next door to NY Sports Medicine Institute and near Total Transform Fitness.

Clinic is near the several bus lines, 13, 5, 81 and 971.

Plenty of parking is available in the back of the building.

Rebecca Walsh was my therapist. She started with gentle exercises and a lot of encouragement. I was able to regain the movement in my shoulder and avoided that painful shoulder surgery.I rated my experience 5 stars but wish there were more stars to give. Making appointments was very easy with Gabby. She is fabulous at getting you into the schedule quickly and will even check in on you during PT to see how your doing. My therapist was Rebecca but Alexis is excellent as well. The PT Assistants will keep you on track with your PT exercises and will re-demonstrate how to do the exercises correctly. Professional PT is a terrific place to regain movement, lessen your pain and perhaps avoid a painful surgery. Give them a try!read more
