Very professional and friendly group. My mother has been going there after back surgery. She no longer needs her walker and is now more mobile. We highly recommend this physical therapy office 10/10

Tony and the entire team are AMAZING! I came in with some back issues and they did a fantastic job creating a plan for me to strengthen my core so I can get back to feeling like myself. 8 weeks later, and I’m back to playing sports and doing strenuous work around the house. Hopefully I don’t need... to see them again, but if I need to get more PT, they will be my go-to!read more

Great Physical Therapy!Everyone, starting with Chris, at the front desk, to Nardeen, my therapist, is terrific. Maya and Rob are also great. Tony, who is in charge of everything, is always looking out for every patient. Come to think of it, that is one of great things about Professional PT.... Everyone who works there works together as a team to make sure every patient gets the help and attention they need to get better.I recommend Professional PT most highly.I am so much better, without any pain, with great ease of movement, and exercises that should help me tremendously.Larry from White Plainsread more

Broke my collarbone in November, and needed physical therapy as part of recovery. Professional Physical Therapy was my first experience with PT. Tony and Rob and the whole team at the Mamaroneck Avenue location are great. They quickly assessed my physical status and the activities that would best... aid in my recovery. They're attentive to evolving exercises as needed and to ensuring you use proper form to capitalize on each. It's a welcoming atmosphere where the whole team makes the time to get to know their patients. I highly recommend PPT at Mamaroneck Ave.read more

I’ve used numerous PTs since tearing my acl/meniscus 17 months ago. The staff members here were the first to properly address some of the issues that were causing my continued knee pain. They kept the exercises simple but challenging at the same time. My lower body feels remarkably better than it... did when I started with them about 10 weeks ago. Plus, they play great music. Highly recommend.read more

I would give 10 stars if I could. Brandon, Paula, Lorenzo and the whole team provided excellent care and helped me to significantly improve a shoulder issue which had been causing discomfort for 10+ years. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was kind, welcoming and sincerely interested in... addressing my concerns and targeting my specific problem areas. The treatments and excercise instructions were very effective. In addition to providing expert care, everyone is pleasant and fun to be around. That means a lot since PT can be a bit of a time commitment. Highly recommend!read more

Incredibly professional, personal, and productive PT. Brandon’s approach gives you confidence in your recovery and provides you with accomplishable goals each and every session. He gets to know you and your needs right off the bat and crafts therapy for you as an individual. No cookie cutter stuff... here. I came in worried I would never get back to what I knew I could do and had previously done with my arm, and he worked with me mentally and physically to get me back there. I cannot recommend any more strongly. Thank you.read more

Brandon Schmitt is truly the best. He helped me recover from a skiing hip fracture, a rotator cuff impingement and two knee replacements. At 77, I still had real goals. There is no indication of where White Plains is.There is no parking nearby... One if those awful mall parking lots. When you are there for an ankle injury, who wants to walk 400 yards?Booking does not tell you where to park... Does not tell you that the office is at the back of a huge... gym.Poorly administered.Well, having eventually managed to find where they had hidden this place, I change my review to 5 stars!!!!Elena managed my course of therapy for 3 visits over 8 weeks. Elena was thorough, consistent, punctual, professional and friendly as were her colleagues. This is a very professional therapy center with a genuine interest in doing well for their clients. After the 8 weeks, I got a clean bill of health from my surgeon. Well done!!!!read more

Great team of therapists in a central location. I worked with Rebecca and Rena, and they were each exceptional. Definitely went over and above what was I expected to make sure i understood my injury, the therapy plan and my goals. Super pleased with my experience! Highly recommend.
Susana H.
If they could get more than 5 stars, I would happily give it to them. Elena, my physical therapist, is extraordinary. Her command of the field is unparalleled. She has educated me so I now have a daily routine of custom exercises that will protect me from further injury. She has a laser beam... focus and will immediately correct me if I deviate from the correct way of exercising. She is very dedicated, intelligent, personable, she has a soft demeanor that belies her disciplined approach to therapy. Elena is worth her weight in gold. I have received quite a bit of physical therapy in the past and I know I am in excellent hands. The support staff is also very helpful, lovely and dedicated.read more
