I would give 10 stars if I could. Brandon, Paula, Lorenzo and the whole team provided excellent care and helped me to significantly improve a shoulder issue which had been causing discomfort for 10+ years. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was kind, welcoming and sincerely interested in... addressing my concerns and targeting my specific problem areas. The treatments and excercise instructions were very effective. In addition to providing expert care, everyone is pleasant and fun to be around. That means a lot since PT can be a bit of a time commitment. Highly recommend!read more

Incredibly professional, personal, and productive PT. Brandon’s approach gives you confidence in your recovery and provides you with accomplishable goals each and every session. He gets to know you and your needs right off the bat and crafts therapy for you as an individual. No cookie cutter stuff... here. I came in worried I would never get back to what I knew I could do and had previously done with my arm, and he worked with me mentally and physically to get me back there. I cannot recommend any more strongly. Thank you.read more

Brandon Schmitt is truly the best. He helped me recover from a skiing hip fracture, a rotator cuff impingement and two knee replacements. At 77, I still had real goals. Brandon has been AMAZING helping me recover from rotator cuff surgery. I look forward to going to PT because I know each time that Brandon will make sure that each visit challenges me. He also explains why I am doing each exercise. The people at the facility are extremely friendly. It starts when... I walk in and greeted by Lorenzo. He is extremely personable. There is no indication of where White Plains is.There is no parking nearby... One if those awful mall parking lots. When you are there for an ankle injury, who wants to walk 400 yards?Booking does not tell you where to park... Does not tell you that the office is at the back of a huge... gym.Poorly administered.Well, having eventually managed to find where they had hidden this place, I change my review to 5 stars!!!!Elena managed my course of therapy for 3 visits over 8 weeks. Elena was thorough, consistent, punctual, professional and friendly as were her colleagues. This is a very professional therapy center with a genuine interest in doing well for their clients. After the 8 weeks, I got a clean bill of health from my surgeon. Well done!!!!read more

The staff is very upbeat and professional. I feel they understand the importance of being encouraging. I never feel as if I'm unimportant because I'm not an athlete. These are good people.

Great team of therapists in a central location. I worked with Rebecca and Rena, and they were each exceptional. Definitely went over and above what was I expected to make sure i understood my injury, the therapy plan and my goals. Super pleased with my experience! Highly recommend.
Susana H.
If they could get more than 5 stars, I would happily give it to them. Elena, my physical therapist, is extraordinary. Her command of the field is unparalleled. She has educated me so I now have a daily routine of custom exercises that will protect me from further injury. She has a laser beam... focus and will immediately correct me if I deviate from the correct way of exercising. She is very dedicated, intelligent, personable, she has a soft demeanor that belies her disciplined approach to therapy. Elena is worth her weight in gold. I have received quite a bit of physical therapy in the past and I know I am in excellent hands. The support staff is also very helpful, lovely and dedicated.read more

Bio

I studied Physical Therapy in University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and graduated in 2019. I decided to take up physical
therapy due to my dad's influence as he is also a physical therapist. My dad used to take me with him as he worked, which fascinated
me and pushed me to decide on a career path in the medical field. During my time as a physical therapy intern, I found that working
with people and being part of their journey as they recovered made me fall even more in love with my profession. After graduating, I
worked 2 years in a scoliosis-specialized clinic in the Philippines where I built up my skills in evaluating and treating scoliosis patients.
I moved back to New York in 2021 and started my Professional PT journey in White Plains in December 2021.
